Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 등의 프레임판넬에 파이프 등을 고정하기 위한 파이프고정구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일체의 금속판으로 절곡되어 형성되는 ㄷ자형의 클립부(11,12)와 파이프(1)를 고정하기 위한 파이프고정부(20)로 구성된다. 클립부의 제1탄성판(11)과 제2탄성판(12)에는 클립내측으로 경사지게 다수의 돌기를 부분전단 및 절곡하여 형성하여 체결력을 강화할 수 있다.
이에따라, 판넬에 천공을 하지 않고도 파이프를 고정할 수 있으므로 장치의 강성을 훼손하지 않으며 작업성이 우수하고, 설치와 분리가 용이하다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 파이프 고정용 클립의 사시도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 클립을 이용하여 파이프를 고정한 상태를 도시한 측면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. ㄷ자형으로 절곡한 제1 및 제2탄성판으로 형성되는 클립부 및 클립부의 상부에 파이프고정부를 가진 파이프고정용 클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2탄성판에 각기 서로 대향하도록 다수의 돌기를 부분전단하여 절곡하여 클립내부로 돌출되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프고정용 커클립.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클립부 및 상기 파이프고정부가 일체의 금속판을 절곡하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 고정용 클립.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에서 있어서, 상기 파이프고정부가 클립부의 개구의 반대쪽으로 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프고정용 클립.
