Abstract

관이음체는 맞댐단면에 각각 가스켓압압용 환상돌기가 설치된 한쌍의 관상이음부재, 양 이음부재의 맞댐단면에 개재되는 원환상 가스켓, 및 양관이음부재를 연결하는 너트를 구비한다. 그리고 너트를 체결했을 때, 가스켓 압압용 환상돌기에 의해 압압되는 가스켓의 면에 오목부가 생기는 동시에 이음부재 단면의 환상돌기가 없는 부분에 의해서도 가스켓이 압압되도록 구성된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 맞댐 단면에 각각 가스켓압압용 환상돌기가 형성되는 한쌍의 관상이음부재, 양 이음부재의 맞댐단면에 개재되는 원환상 가스켓, 및 양이음부재를 연결하는 나사수단을 구비하는 관이음체에 있어서, 나사를 체결했을 때 가스켓압압용 환상돌기에 의해 압압되는 가스켓의 면에 오목부가 발생되는 동시에 이음부재 단면의 환상돌기가 없는 부분에 의해서도 가스켓이 압압되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가스켓이 내측원환부, 그 좌우 양면이 내측원환부의 좌우 양면보다 좌우방향의 외방으로 돌출되는 외측원환부, 및 외측원환부와 내측원환부사이에 제공되는 테이퍼부로 구성되고; 내측원환부 및 테이퍼부의 좌우 양면에 가스켓압압용 환상돌기가 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이음부재의 맞댐단면의 외주부에 리테이너를 그 양면으로 부터 압압하는 과도체결방지용 돌기가 각각의 가스켓압압용 환상돌기로 부터 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 이음부재의 맞댐단면의 외주부에 리테이너를 그 양면으로 부터 압압하는 과도체결방지용 환상돌기가 각각의 가스켓압압용 환상돌기로 부터 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
