Abstract

관이음체는 맞댐 단면에 각각 가스켓 압압용 환형 돌출부가 설치되는 한쌍의 관형 이음부재, 양 이음부재의 맞댐단면에 개재되는 원환상 가스켓, 가스켓을 어느한쪽의 이음부재에 유지시키는 리테이너, 및 양 이음부재를 연결시키는 너트를 구비한다. 리테이너는 원환부 및 원환부에 내측을 향하여 돌출되도록 설치되는 다수의 돌출편을 구비하며; 가스켓의 외주면을 유지하는 가스켓 유지부 및 원환부에 설치되어 어느 한쪽의 이음체 부재의 일단면에 계합되는 이음부재 유지부를 포함한다. 가스켓의 외주면에는 리테이너의 가스켓 유지부의 돌출편과 계합되는 발지부(拔止部)가 형성된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 한쌍의 관형 이음부재의 맞댐단면에 개재되는 원환상 가스켓을 어느 한쪽의 이음부재에 유지시키는 관이음체용 리테이너에 있어서, 원환부, 원환부에 내측으로 돌출되도록 설치되는 다수의 돌출편을 구비하고 가스켓의 외주면을 유지하는 가스켓 유지부, 및 원환부에 설치되어 어느한쪽의 이음부재의 일단면에 계합되는 이음부재 유지부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체용 리테이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출편의 선단면의 곡률이 가스켓의 외주면의 곡률과 동일하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체용 리테이너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 돌출편이 선단에는 가스켓에 밀착되는 절곡부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체용 리테이너.
  4. 맞댐단면에 각각 가스켓 압압용 환형 돌출부가 설치되는 한 쌍의 관형 이음부재, 양 이음부재의 맞댐단면에 개재되는 원환상 가스켓, 가스켓의 어느한쪽의 이음부재에 유지되는 리테이너, 및 양 이음부재를 연결하는 나사 수단을 구비하는 관이음체에 있어서, 리테이너가, 원환부, 원환부에 내측으로 돌출되도록 설치되는 다수의 돌출편을 구비하고 가스켓의 외주면을 유지하는 가스켓 유지부, 및 원환부에 설치되어 어느 한쪽의 이음부재의 일단면에 계합되는 이음부재 유지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가스켓의 외주면에 리테이너의 가스켓 유지부의 돌출편과 계합되는 발지부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 발지부가 가스켓의 외주면에 설치되는 외향 플랜지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 발지부가 가스켓의 외주 중앙부에 설치되는 환상홈으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 발지부가 가스켓의 외주 중앙부에 설치되는 좌우 한쌍의 환형돌출부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관이음체.
