Abstract

본 발명은 주요한 발포제로서의 물의 존재하에 특이 폴리이소시아네이트[여기서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트(중합체성 MDI)를 함유하는 폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)글리콜(PTMG)을 사용하여 제조한 NCO-말단 예비중합체 또는 필수성분으로서 중합체성 MDI를 함유하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 PTMG와 반응시켜 제조한 특이 NCO-말단 예비중합체의 특이 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물을 포함한다]를 폴리올과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품에 관한 것이다. 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품은 내마모성이 우수하고 자동차 핸들, 머리받아, 팔걸이 등으로서 유용할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 주요한 발포제로서의 물의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트[여기서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)글리콜과 반응시켜 제조한 NCO-말단 예비중합체와 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트와의 혼합물을 포함한다]를 폴리올과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물 중의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트 함량이 2 내지 30중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체중의 폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)글리콜 함량이 20 내지 45중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르폴리올을 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체와 반응시켜 제조한 중합체 폴리올을 필수 폴리올 성분으로서 함유하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합체 폴리올 함량이 전체 폴리올을 기준으로 30 내지 70중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴을 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 필수 성분으로서 사용하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  7. 주요한 발포제로서의 물의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트[여기서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 필수 성분으로서 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)글리콜과 반응시켜 제조한 NCO-말단 예비중합체를 포함한다]를 폴리올과 반응시켜 제조한 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 예비중합체중의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트가 2 내지 30중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 예비중합체중의 폴리(옥시테트라메틸렌)글리콜 함량이 20 내지 45중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올을 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체와 반응시켜 제조한 중합체 폴리올을 필수 폴리올 성분으로서 함유하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 중합체 폴리올 함량이 전체 폴리올을 기준으로 30 내지 70중량%인 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴을 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 필수 성분으로 사용하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 성형품.
