Abstract
프리폼은 적외선 램프를 구비한 가마속에서 열로써 처리된다. 적외선에 노출된 가마의 일부는 방출된 공기에 의해 냉각된다.
본 발명에 따라, 유출공기의 냉각온도는 더운공기와 주변온도 공기가 혼합됨으로써 일정하게 유지된다. 더운공기는, 남아도는 칼로리를 배출함으로써 과열되었던 일부 차가운 유출공기를 새로이 처리하는 가운데 얻어진다.
새로운 처리과정 장치(13)는 주변온도 공기와 새로이 처리된 더운공기의 비율을 조절하는 장치(16)를 구비하고 있는데, 이 장치(13)는 냉각된 유출공기의 온도를 일정하게 유지시켜 준다.

Claims (8)
- 열 가소성 물질 특허 PET 프리폼을 열처리 하는 방식으로 이런 물질은 송풍 또는 송풍신장에 의해서 병, 플라스코 등과 유사한 움푹패인 몸체를 제조하는데 쓰이는데, 송풍이나 송풍신장에 있어서 스스로 회전하는 프리폼은 적외선 가열부분 앞에서 열을 지어 지나가면서 가열되고, 냉각 유출 공기는 적외선에 의해 발생한 과도한 칼로리를 배출하기 위해 사용되는 것에 있어서, 냉각유출공기 온도는 더운공기와 주변온도 공기의 혼합에 의해서 일정하게 되고 미리 고정된 지시온도(Tc)와 같게 되는데, 더운 공기는 과잉칼로리를 배출함으로써 가열된 냉각유출 공기를 새로이 처리함으로써 얻어지고, Tc 온도는 혼합 공기안에서 처리된 더운공기와 주변온도 공기의 균형을 변화시킴으로써 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 프리폼의 열처리 방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 주어진 Tc온도가 흐르는 동안 주변온도에 도달한 최대값과 같음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 시간의 길이는 다소 길어질 수 있으며 하루에서 일년에 이르는 기간을 커버할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 열가소성 물질(특히 PET)로 된 프리폼을 열처리하는 장치로서 물질들은 송풍 또는 송풍신장에 의해 병,플라스코 등 유사한 몸체를 제작하도록 되어있고, 이 장치는 적외선 가열부분(6) 앞에서 열지어 지나가는 프리폼(1)의 가열버팀대(3)를 포함하며, 또한, 이밖에 가열부분 뒤에 배치된 독립된 널판지(7), 프리폼의 목부분 보호장치(9),적어도 냉각유출공기를 만들어 주는 송풍장치(10)를 포함하는데, 냉각유출 공기는 본 장치의 구성부분을 냉각시켜 줌으로써 적외선에 의해 발생한 과잉 칼로리를 배출시키는 것에 있어서, 이 장치가 과잉칼로리를 배출시키면서 가열된 냉각유출 공기를 새로 처리하는 수단(13)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 프리폼의 열처리 장치.
- 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 새로운 처리수단은 선풍기(10)의 공기 흡입세관(11)안에 받아들여진 주변온도 공기와 새로 처리된 더운공기의 균형을 조정해 주는 수단(14,16)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 4와 5항에 있어서, 조정수단(16)은 두 끝지점 사이에서 모두 중개지점을 차지할 수 있는데, 한 끝 지점안에서는 열림장치(17)가 새로운 처리(13)수단(도구)을 쭉 따라서 펼쳐지며 완전히 폐쇄되고, 세관(11)정면에 위치한 열림장치(15)가 있는 또 다른 끝지점은 완전히 폐쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 5와 6항에 있어서, 조정장치(20)에 의해서 선회한 모터(18)에 의해서 작동되고 이 조정장치(20)덕분에 지시온도(Tc)를 결정할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 4와 7항에 있어서, 세관에 놓여진 온도조정장치에 다시 연결된 측정기(19)가 선풍기에 의해 흡입된 공기온도와 지시온도(Tc)를 끊임없이 비교함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
