본 발명은 에틸렌글리콜과 테레프탈릭산을 반응시켜 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하고 이를 건조, 용융, 반사, 연신하여 폴리에스테르 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지 제조시 에스테르화 반응 초기에 이소프탈릭산을 칩량 기준으로 5.0~8.3%첨가하고 리튬아세테이트 또는 리튬아세테이트 수화물을 0.01~0.1중량% 첨가하여 반응시키고 연신율은 1.5~3.5로 하고 Tg+50℃온도의 연신 롤러 및 60~140℃온도의 열판에서 열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉감이 우수한 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.In the present invention, a polyester resin is prepared by reacting ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid, and dried, melted, reflected, and stretched to prepare polyester fiber.
