Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-벤조일사이클로헥산디온의 염 및 그의 토오토머형태(이 염소 또는 니트로이고가 염소이며가 수소인 화합물은 제외).
    상기식에서,은 할로겐, ()알콕시, ()알킬, ()할로알킬, -N, -CN 또는 S(O)N 이고,은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, ()알킬, ()알콕시, ()할로알콕시, ()할로알킬, -CN, -N, -S(O)m-, -N, -N-CO-또는 -CO-이고,및는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 ()알킬이고,는 수소, ()알킬 또는 -CO-O-()알킬이고,는 ()할로알킬 또는 ()알콕시이고,은()알킬, ()할로알킬, 페닐, 벤질 또는 -N이고,은 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 ()알킬이고,는 수소 또는 ()알킬이고,는 ()알킬이고,는 수소, ()알킬, ()알킬, ()할로알킬 또는 ()알콕시이고,은 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 ()알킬이고, n및 m은 서로 독립적으로 0, 1 또는 2이고 X1는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 비치환되거나 치환된 암모늄 또는 포스포늄 이온 또는 금속 양이온 등가물, 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 설포늄 또는 설폭소늄 등가물이고,
    Y는 질소 또는 인이고,는 수소, ()알킬, ()알케닐, 또는 ()알콕시(이는 할로겐, 알콕시, 알킬티오 또는 모노-또는 디알킬아미노에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환 될 수 있다)이고,및은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 아미노, 알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노에 의해 일치환 또는 다치환되거나, 또는 헤테로원자 또는 헤테로원자 그룹에 의해 한번이상 차단될 수 있는 ()알킬,알케닐 또는알키닐, 또는 하이드록시 ()알킬, 하이드록시 ()알킬, 하이드록시알케닐 또는 -알키닐, ()알킬 설포닐 ()알킬, ()사이클로알킬 또는 ()사이클로알케닐(여기서, 지환족 라디칼들은 할로겐, 아미노, 알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노, ()알킬설포닐, 하이드록시 또는 ()알콕시에 의해 일치환 또는 다치환되고/되거나 헤테로 원자 또는 헤테로원자 그룹에 의해 한번 이상 치환될 수 있다)이거나, 또는 R20,R21및 R22는 서로 독립적으로 일반식
    의 라디칼이거나, 또는, Y가 N인 경우, 라디칼 R20,R21및 R22은 질소원자와 함께 임의로 모노불포화 또는 폴리불포화되고, 할로겐, ()알킬, ()알케닐, ()알콕시, 아미노, ()알킬아미노, ()디알킬아미노, 페닐, 벤질 또는 하이드록실에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환되고/되거나 헤테로원자 또는 헤테로원자 그룹에 의해 한번 이상 차단될 수 있는 지환족 4- 내지 12-원 환시스템을 형성하고, p 및 q는 0, 1 또는 2이고,은 수소, ()알킬, ()알콕시, ()알킬티오, ()알킬설포닐, CN, N, 할로겐, ()할로알킬, ()할로알콕시, 아미노, ()알킬아미노 또는 ()디알킬아미노이고, r은 0 또는 1이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,이 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 메톡시, 니트로, 시아노 또는 -S(O)n이고,이 서로 독립적으로 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시, 디플루오로메톡시, 시아노, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸, -S, -N, -N(C)-CO-또는 -CO-O()-알킬이고,가 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,이 서로 독립적으로 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, -N(C)₂, 메톡시, 니트로, -SC, -S, -S, -S, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디플루오르메톡시인 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)이 화합물을 라디칼를 기본으로 하는 무기 염기 또는 유기 염기와 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물에서 산성 수소원자를 제초제에 사용하기에 적합한 일반식의 양이온으로 치환시킴을 포함하여 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)이 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,내지는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물로서 하기 화합물들중 하나가 사용되는 방법. 2-(2-클로로-4-메틸설포닐벤조일)-1, 3-사이클로헥산디온, 2-(2-클로로-4-에틸설포닐벤조일)-1, 3-사이클로헥산디온, 2-(2-니트로벤조일)-4, 4-디메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온, 2-(2-클로로=4-에틸설포닐벤조일)-5, 5-디메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온,2-(2-니트로=4클로로벤조일)-4-(1-메틸에틸)-1, 3-사이클로헥산디온, 2-(2-니트로-4-클로로벤조일)-4,4-디메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온,2-(2-클로로-4-메틸설포닐벤조일)-4,4-디메틸-6-메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온,2-(2-니트로-4-메틸설포닐벤조일)-4,4-디메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온,2-(2-니트로-4-디플루오르메톡시벤조일)-1,3-사이클로헥산디온 또는 2-(2-니트로-4-디플루오로메톡시벤조일)-4,4-디메틸-1,3-사이클로헥산디온.
  6. 선택적 효과량의 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 작물 보호시에 통상 사용되는 제형화 보조제를 포함하는, 유용식물의 경작시에 유해 식물을 선택적으로 방해하기 위한 제제.
  7. 선택적 제초활성을 얻는제 적합한 양의 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 청구된 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 경작지에 적용함을 포함하는, 유용 식물의 경작시에 유해 식물을 방제하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 일반싯(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 0.001 내지 0.5kg/ha의 농도로 벼 작물에 적용하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 0.01 내지 2kg/ha의 농도로 곡류 또는 옥수수 작물에 적용하는 방법.
  10. 유용식물 경작시에 유해 식물을 방제하기 위한 제초제로서의 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 용도.
