Abstract
필름을 통형상으로 성형한 필름 포장체를 제조할 때에, 필름 용착부에 있어서의 용융 상태가 가장 좋게 되도록 조정할 수 있게 한다.
성형 부재에 의하여 통형상으로 성형된 필름(1)은 고주파 전극(10)(11)에 끼워져 용착되며, 용착선(2)이 형성된다. 상기 전극(10)(11)바로 아래에 상부 사이즈 링(21a)등 보다도 직경이 약간 큰 확장 링(23a)을 배치하여 놓는다. 연속적으로 성형되어 확장 링(23a)을 통과하여 가는 용착선(2)을 눈으로 관찰하면서 전극(10)(11)에 공급하는 고주파 전력을 서서히 중강하여 간다. 공급 전력이 높아지면, 용착선(2)의 용융이 과잉으로 되고 확장 링(23a)의확장력을 받아서 용착선(2)이 좌우로 나누어지겨 간다. 이 나누어짐이 발생하기 직전에 고주파 전력을 고정하므로서 가장 좋은 용융 상태의 용착선(2)을 형성할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)
- 연속적으로 공급되는 띠형상 필름(1)을 통형상으로 성형하는 공정과, 통형상으로 성형된 띠형상 필름의 중첩부(1c)를 용착하여 용착선(2)을 형성하는 공정과, 용착직후에 용착선(2)이 형성된 통형상 필름에단면확장력을 부여하는 확장공정을 가지며, 상기 확장공정에 있어서의 용착선(2)의 폭방향의 변형에 따라서 상기 용착공정에 있어서의 중첩부(1c)의 용착상태를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름포장체의 제조방법.
- 연속적으로 공급되는 띠형상 필름(1)을 통형상으로 성형하는 성형부재(6)와, 통형상으로성형된 띠형상 필름의중첩부(1c)를 용착하여 용착선(2)을 형성하는 용착부재와, 용착선(2)이 형성된 통형상 필름의내면에 맞닿아 이쏙, 그 내경 치수보다도 큰 외경 치수를 가지는 확장부재(23a)와, 상기 용착부재에 으한 중첩부(1c)의 용착상태를 조정하는 조정장치(26)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름포장체의 제조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용착선(2)이 형성된 통형상의 필름(1)을 편평하게 눌러서 찌부러뜨릴 때의 접힘 폭의 치수를S라 할 때에, 확장부재(23a)는, 상기 접힘 폭의 치수 S에 0.2 내지 2㎜를 더한 치수에 상당하는 외주 길이를 가지고 있는 필름포장체의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
