Abstract

본 발명은 밀도가 단지 0.4내지 0.7㎏/d㎥이고 두께가 바람직하게는 1내지 4.5mm인 나무 조각 및/또는 목재 섬유 재료로 구성되고, 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 나선형 물질(1)에 활성 물질이 층(2)로서 피복되어 있어, 파손 저항력이 있고, 가벼우며, 편평하고 우수한 활성물질 수율을 제공하는 모스키토 코일에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 나무 조각 및/또는 목재 섬유 재료로 구성된 보드로부터 찍어내며 활성 물질(2)이 공급된 나선형(1)의 모스키토 코일에 있어서, 나선형 재료(1)의 밀도가 0.4내지 0.7㎏/d㎥이고 나선형 물질(1)이 활성물질로 피복되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 모스키토 코일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 나무 조각의 평균 크기가 2×0.5×0.1mm내지 10×3×2mm임을 특징으로 하는 모스키토 코일.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 목재 섬유의 평균 길이가 3내지 15mm이고 평균 두께가 0.02내지 0.5mm임을 특징으로 하는 모스키토 코일.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 코일(1)의 두께가 4.5mm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 모스키토 코일.
  5. 나무 조각 및/또는 목재 섬유를, 적합하다면 결합제와 함께 압축하여 보드를 만들고 이 보드로부터 코일을 찍어내어 모스키토 코일을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 처리과정중에, 보드가 건조상태에서 0.4내지 0.7 kg/dm³의 밀도를 갖도록 압력을 걸어주고, 코일을 찍어내기 전 또는 후에 활성 물질로 피복시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
