Abstract

본 발명은 계절과 장치의 설치지역에 관계없이 고부하 처리에서 저부하고도 처리까지 항상 높은 효율로 오수의 처리를 할 수 있게 하고, 또한 잉여오니를 장치밖으로 일체 배출하지 않게 하는 활성 오니상에 의한 오수처리장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 오수처리장치의 구성으로서, 다수의 활성오니상(34), (36), (38), (40) 및 폭기관(33)이 배설된 오수처리조(14), (16), (18), (20)내에 선회수류 발생수단(42), (46)과 가온 배관(48)을 설치하고, 제3오수처리(18)에서 제1, 제2처리조(14), (16)에 처리중인 오수를 되돌리며, 침강조(22) 및 오니소화조(26)을 병설하여 오수처리후의 상징수를 제1오수처리조에 송급한다.

활성오니상(活性汚泥床)에 의한 오수처리장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예인 활성오니상에 의한 오수처리장치의 전체구성을 나타낸 정면단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 장치의 평면도, 제3도는 상기 오수처리장치에 사용되는 오수유동 안내부재의 일구성예를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 공기도입관에 접속되는 폭기관을 바닥부에 배설하는 동시에 튜브면이 그물눈 모양 또는 격자상으로 형성된 긴튜브형 심체의 외주면에 소정두께를 가진 다공질체를 감아 고정수단에 의해 고정해서 이루어진 활성오니상을 상기 폭기관의 윗쪽에 복수개 설치하여 오수처리조를 구성하고, 이 오수처리조를 복수개 배설하며, 또한 그 인접 하는 오수처리조를 각각 유로를 통해 연결시키는 동시에, 상기 오수처리조 단위로 활성오니를 구성하는 균종, 호기성균과 염기성균과의 생육비율, 그 분포상황 등이 변화하도록, 각 오수처리조별로 활성오니상의 형성상태를 변화시키게끔 한 활성오니상에 의한 오수처리장치에 있어서, 상기 각 오수처리조의 바닥부에 처리조 바닥부의 오수를 흡입하여 처리조 바닥부 중앙에서 액면방향으로 뿜어올리는 선회수류를 발생시키는 선회수류발생수단, 및 열매매 순환장치에 접속되는 가온배관을 각기 배설하고, 상기 복수의 오수처리조중의 두번째 이후의 오수처리조에서 최소한 최초의 오수처리조에 처리중인 오수의 일부를 되돌려서 최초의 오수처리조에 도입된 원수의 수질오염 물질농도를 희석 조정하는 동시에, 처리조내 처리시간을 조절하는 오수 환류수단을 설치하는 동시에, 상기 최종의 오수처리조에 유로를 통해 연결한 침강조와, 이 침강조의 바닥부에 침적한 잉여오니를 소화하는 오니소화조 및 이 오니소화조에서 상기 최초의 오수처리조에 오수처리후의 상부 부유수를 공급하는 오니처리수 공급수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 활성오니상에 의한 오수처리장치.
