Abstract
수평로울들(7,8)이 쵸크없이 로울컬럼(3,4)내에 배치된 베어링(13)에 의해 수납되어 있으며, 구동요소 반대쪽의 운전측 로울컬럼(4)은 베어링(13)과 함께 수평로울(7,8)의 로울측방향으로 다른 로울컬럼(3)으로부터 격리될 수 있으며, 또한 카세트(29)내에 지지된 수직로울(9)은 로울컬럼(3,4)과 강고하게 연결된 안내프레임(23)내에 둘러싸여 있을때, 2개의 상호평행하는 로울컬럼내에 이동조정 가능하게 지지된 수평로울 및 수직로울을 구비한 만능형 로울스탠드는 간단한 구조 및 조작법을 가능케한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 만능형 로울스탠드의 정면단면도이고, 제2도는 제1도에 의한 만능형 로울스탠드의 측단면도이고, 제3도는 제1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선에 따른 본 발명에 의한 만능형 압연스탠드의 평면도이고, 제4도는 제1도의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ선에 따른 만능형 압연스탠드의 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 2개의 상호평행하는 로울컬럼내에 이동조정 가능하게 지지된 수평로울 및 수직로울을 구비한 만능형 로울스탠드에 있어서, 수평로울들(7,8)은 쵸크업이 로울컬럼(3,4)내에 배치된 베어링(13)에 의해 수납되어 있으며, 구동요소 반대쪽의 운전측(조작측)로울컬럼(4)은 베어링(13)과 함께 수평로울(7,8)의 로울측방향으로 다른 로울컬럼(3)으로부터 격리될 수 있으며, 또한 카세트(29)내에 지지된 수직로울(9)은 로울컬럼(3,4)과 강고하게 연결된 안내프레임(23)내에 위요되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내프레임(23)은 연결봉(26)에 의해 로울컬럼(3,4)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안내프레임(23)은 내측으로부터 로울컬럼(3,4)을 통해 접근할 수 있는 카세트(29)용 홈(공동부)(27)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안내프레임(23)은 2부분으로 되어 있고 카세트 지지부(24)와 외측에 장착된 크로스헤드(25)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수직로울 조정시스템(31)은 크로스헤드(25)내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수직로울 조정시스템(31) 쐐기 조정부재(32)와 이부재에 의해 카세트(29)쪽으로 가압되는 충전부재(34)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카세트(29)와 수직로울 조정시스템(31) 사이에 U자형의 지지부재(30)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 수평로울(7,8)이 단일부분으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수평로울(7,8)이 연결봉(15)에 의해 일체로 고정된 다부품 수평로울인 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제8항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 수평로울(7,8)이 워엄구동체(21)에 의해 조정될 수 있는 편심체(16)내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카세트(29)의 로울 간극쪽 내측면에는 진입 및 배출측의 압연재 측면안내(37)에 의해 가압되는 가장자리부(36)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 만능형 로울스탠드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
