Abstract
본 발명은 마찰요소의 체결압을 조정하는 조압밸브와, 변속시에 있어서의 체결압의 공급을 제어하는 축압기를 가진 자동변속기의 유압회로에 있어서, 상기 조압밸브와 축압기의 동작을, 공통의 솔레노이드밸브에 의해서 제어가능하게 하는 자동변속기의 제어장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서, 마찰요소에 공급되는 체결압을 조정하는 제어밸브(77), (78), (79)와, 이들제어밸브(77)∼(79)에 제어압을 공급하는 리니어솔레노이드밸브(81)과, 변속시에 있어서의 마찰요소에 체결압의 공급상태를 제어하는 축압기(91), (92)와, 이 축압기(91), (92)에 배압을 공급하는 배압제어밸브(89)를 구비하고, 이 배압제어밸브(89)에 공급되는 제어압도 상기 리니어솔레노이드 밸브(81)에 의해서 생성하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 자동변속기의 요부도면, 제2도는 동자동변속기의 유압회로를 표시한 회로도, 제3도는 제2도의 유압회로에 있어서의 각솔레노이드 밸브에 대한 제어시스템도.
Claims (3)
- 마찰요소에의 체결압의 공급을 제어하는 유압회로가 구비된 자동변속기의 제어장치로서, 상기 유압회로에, 제어압을 생성하는 솔레노이드밸브와, 이 솔레노이드밸브에 의해서 생성된 제어압을 받아서, 마찰요소에 공급되는 체결압을 조정하는 조압밸브와, 변속시에 있어서의 마찰요소에의 체결압의 공급을 제어하는 축압기와, 상기 솔레노이드밸브에 의해서 생성된 제업압을 받아서, 상기 축압기에 공급되는 배압을 제어하는 배압제어밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조압밸브의 작동타이밍과 축압기의 작동타이밍이 상위하고, 솔레노이드밸브가, 각각의 타이밍에 의해서 조압밸브 및 배압제어밸브에 각각의 요구에 따라서 제어압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1개의 솔레노이드밸브에 대해서 조압밸브 또는 축압기의 적어도 한쪽이 복수개 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
