Abstract
본 발명은 반응장치로부터의 재순환 기체 또는 상기 반응장치에로의 공급 기류를 활용하여 상기 반응장치내에서의 유동상태를 순환기에 연결된 확장기를 구동시키는 한편 상기 반응을 종결시키기 위하여 반응종료 기체를 상기 반응장치내로 도입시켜 기체상 반응장치내에서 전이금속-기저 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되는 올레핀중합반응을 종결시키는 방법을 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 구체화한 하나의 구체예의 계통도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 구체화한 다른 구체예의 계통도이다.
Claims (12)
- 반응장치내의 반응을 종료시키기에 충분한 양의 반응종료기체를 상기 반응장치내로 도입시키고, 상기 반응장치로부터의 기체 또는 상기 공급 기류의 적어도 일부를 상기 순환장치에 연결된 보조 구동 수단을 통하여 상기 반응장치내에서 유동상태가 유지되기에 충분한 수준으로 상기 순환장치의 동작을 유지시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 반응장치내의 실제적으로 모든 상기 촉매와 접촉하기에 충분한 시간동안 상기 반응종료기체가 상기 반응장치를 통하여 도입함을 특징으로 하는 긴급상황하에서 단량체 공급 기류를 상기 반응 장치내로 도입시키고, 단량체, 공단량체, 수소 및 희석제를 포함하는 순환기체를 상기 반응장치로부터 배기시켜 순환장치를 통하여 적어도 하나의 열교환기로 향하도록 하고, 그리고 그후에 상기 냉각된 재순환 기체를 상기 반응장치로 재순환시켜, 기체상 반응장치내에 전이금속-기저 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되는 올레핀 중합반응을 종결시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 구동 수단이 상기 공급 기체 또는 상기 재순환 기체에 의하여 가동되는 확장기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단이 상기 재순환 기체 또는 상기 공급 기류를 상기 보조 구동 수단에로 선택적으로 유도하여 활용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응종료기체가 탄소산화물 기체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄소산화물 기체가 일산화탄소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 반응장치내의 반응을 종료시키기에 충분한 양의 반응종료기체를 상기 반응장치내로 도입시키고,상기 반응장치로부터의 기체 또는 상기 공급 기류의 적어도 일부를 상기 순환장치에 연결된 보조 구동 수단을 통하여 상기 반응장치내에서 유동상태가 유지되기에 충분한 수준으로 상기 순환장치의 동작을 유지시키는 것을 포함하며, 상기 반응장치내의 실제적으로 모든 상기 촉매와 접촉하기에 충분한 시간동안 상기 반응종료기체가 상기 반응장치를 통하여 도입함을 특징으로 하는 긴급상황하에서 단량체 공급 기류를 상기 반응 장치내로 도입시키고, 단량체, 공단량체, 수소 및 희석제를 포함하는 순혼기체를 상기 반응장치로부터 배기시켜 순환장치를 통하여 적어도 하나의 열교환기로 향하도록 하고, 그리고 그후에 상기 냉각된 재순환 기체를 상기 반응장치로 재순환시켜, 기체상 반응장치내에 전이금속-기저 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되는 에틸렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체 중합반응을 종결시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단이 상기 재순환 기체 또는 상기 공급 기류를 상기 확장기에로 선택적으로 유도하여 활용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄소산화물 기체가 일산화탄소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 반응장치에로 반응종료기체를 공급하기 위한 반응종료기체 도입수단, 전력이 끊어져 있는 동안 상기 순환장치의 동작을 유지하기 위하여 상기 순환장치와 연결된 기체 기체 구동 보조 수단, 그리고 상기 기체를 상기 기체 구동 보조 수단에로 선택적으로 연결시키기 위하여 상기 기체 구동 보조 수단에 연결된 밸브 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합반응장치, 상기 반응장치로부터의 재순환 기류를 순환시키기 위한 수단 및 상기 재순환기류를 냉각시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 냉각 수단을 포함하는 유동충 중합반응 시스템에서 중합반응을 종결시키기 위한 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기체 구동 보조 수단이 확장기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
