Abstract

본 발명은 제올라이트를 옥살산과 같은 디카복실산과 접촉시켜 제올라이트 베타구조를 갖는 제올라이트를 탈알루미늄화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 제올라이트 베타를 약 50% 이상의 탈알루미늄화가 일어나기에 충분한 시간동안 디카복실산과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 베타구조를 갖는 제올라이트를 탈알루미늄화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탈알루미늄화된 제올라이트 베타가 400:1 이상의 실라카 대 알루미나 비를 가지는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접촉반응에 의해 결정성에 약 10% 미만의 손실이 일어나는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 용액상태인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 디카복실산 용액이 촉매에 대한 용액의 용적비가 적어도 1 : 1인 방법
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 디카복실산 수용액인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디카복실산의 농도가 0.01 내지 4M 범위인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 옥살산, 말론산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 말레산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 푸마르산 및 그의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 적어도 약 10분간의 시간동안 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉반응을 16℃ 내지 93℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 베타를 탈알루미늄화시키기 전에 결합제와 배합시키는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 결합제가 실리카인 방법.
  13. 600 : 1 이상이 실리카 대 알루미나 비를 가지며, 제1항 내지 12항중의 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 제올라이트 베타 구조를 갖는 제올라이트.
