Abstract

모발 또는 피부위에 침착시키기 위한 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 포함하는 헹구어내는 크린싱 조성물로서, 이 조성물은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속상 및 1종이상의 오일 물질을 함유하는 내부상을 갖는 안정한 에멀젼을 함유하며, 상기 내부 오일 상은 상기 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 포함하고 있다. 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 용해 시키기 위해 오일 상을 사용하는 것은 계면 활성제를 함유하고 있는 연속 상 내의 계면활성제의 교질 입자로 화장제가 용해되는 정도를 감소시켜 주어서, 모발 또는 피부와 같은 표면위에 화장제가 침착되는 것을 향상시켜 준다.
바람직한 화장제는 페닐실리콘, 미네랄 오일 및 유기 오일을 포함하는 내부 상내에 사용하기 위한 오일성 자외선 차단제 및 바람직한 오일 물질이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 모발 또는 피부에 침착시키기 위한 1종이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 포함하는 헹구어 내는 크린싱 조성물로서, 이 조성물은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속상 및 1종 이상의 오일 물질을 함유하는 내부상을 갖는 안정한 에멀젼을 함유하며, 내부상을 갖는 안정한 에멀젼을 함유하며, 내부 오일 상은 상기 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화장제는 자외선 차단제물질, 일광-후 처리 물질, 차단제 오일, 연화제, 습윤제, 치료 및 필수 오일, 향료 발한 억제제, 가습제, 색조 화장제 물질 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 계면활성제-가용성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 화장제는 계면활성제-가용성 자외선 차단제 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오일 물질은 상기 1종 이상의 화장제용 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 오일 물질은 실질적으로 계면활성제-불용성인 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  6. 제4 또는 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오일 물질은 실리콘 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 실리콘 오일은 페닐 실리콘으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  8. 제4 또는 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오일 물질은 미네랄 오일 및 유기 오일로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  9. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 모발 샴푸 또는 바디 샴푸의 형태이며, 계면활성제의 총량을 조성물의 5-40 중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  10. 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 콘디쇼닝제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  11. 상기 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 화장제용 침착 보조제를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 침착 보조제는 구아르 검의 양이온 유도체, 및 4차 질소-치환셀룰로오즈 에테르 유도체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물.
  13. 모발 또는 피부위에 침착시키기 위한 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 포함하는 헹구어내는 크린싱 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 이 제조방법은; (i)1종 이상의 오일 물질에 1종 이상의 화장제를 용해시키는 공정과, (ⅱ)이 결과의 용액을 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 상과 함께 유화시켜서, 상기 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속 상 및 상기 1종 이상의 오일 물질내에 들어 있는 1종 이상의 화장제의 상기 용액을 함유하는 내부상(internal phase)을 갖는 안정한 에멀젼을 형성시키는 공정, 및(ⅲ)1종 이상의 추가 성분을 에멀젼에 임의 선택적으로 첨가하여 상기 헹구어 내는 크린싱 조성물을 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크린싱 조성물의 제조방법.
  14. 모발 또는 피부위에 침착시키기 위해 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 포함하는 헹구어내는 크린싱 조성물의 제조방법에 사용되기 위한 안정한 에멀젼으로서, 이 에멀젼은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속 상기 및 1종 이상의 오일 물질을 함유하는 내부상을 함유하며, 상기 내부상은 상기 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제를 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안정한 에멀젼.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 연속상은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 에멀젼의 0.1-50중량%의 량으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼.
  16. 제14 또는 15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 연속 상은 물을 에멀젼의 0.01-99중량%의 량으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼.
  17. 헹구어내는 크린싱 조성물로부터 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제의 침착을 향상 및/또는 용이하게 하기 위한 방법으로서, 이 방법은 안정한 에멀젼의 내부 오일 상내에 상기 1종 이상의 화장제를 공급하는 방법을 포함하며, 에멀젼은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속 상 및 상기 1종 이상의 화장제를 내포하는 1종 이상의 오일 물질을 함유하는 내부 상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 헹구어 내는 크린싱 조성물로부터 모발 또는 피부위에 1종 이상의 계면활성제-가용성 화장제의 침착을 향상시키기 위하여 1종 이상의 오일 물질을 사용하는 용도로서, 상기 1종 이상의 화장제는 안정한 에멀젼의 내부상을 형성하는 상기 1종이상의 오일 물질내에 포함되며, 에멀젼은 1종 이상의 계면활성제를 함유하는 연속 상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 1종 이상의 오일 물질의 용도.
