Abstract
CCD 영상소자의 포토 다이오드위에 반사 방지용막을 형성시켜 포토 다이오드로 부터 반사되는 빛신호를 다시 포토 다이오드로 보낸다.
따라서 빛 신호의 투과율이 극대화되어 신뢰성있는 CCD 영상소자를 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 광검출 영역상에 반사방지용막이 형성되고 상기 반사방지용막위에 수광용 렌즈가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 CCD 영상소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광검출영역과 반사방지용막 사이에 이들은 격리 보호시켜 주기 위한 보호막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 CCD 영상소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사방지용막과 수광용 렌즈사이에는 상기 반사방지용막의 전표면을 평탄화시키기 위한 제1평탄층과 제2평탄층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 CCD 영상소자.
- 광검출영역과 수광용 렌즈사이에 반사방지용막을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 CCD 영상소자 및 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 반사방지용막은크기의 SnO2를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 CCD 영상소자 및 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
