Abstract

본 발명은 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 회전구동되는 턴테이블과, 이 턴테이블 상부에 승강 및 회전가능 하게 설치된 클램퍼를 구비하여 그들 사이에 디스크를 클램핑시켜 구동하게 된 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치에 있어서, 상기 클램퍼(3)가 규격이 다른 그 종류의 디스크를 선택적으로 센터링하는 제1, 제2센터링보스(3a)(3b)와, 그 센터링과 동시에 각 디스크의 상면을 가압 클램핑하는 제1, 제2가압부(3c)(3d)를 구비하여 된 점에 그 특징이 있다. 이를 통하여 규격이 서로 다른 2종의 디스크를 클램핑할 수 있고, 디스크의 이탈 및 편심을 방지할 수 있으며 클램퍼의 클랩핑 상태를 안정화시킬 수 있으며 턴테이블의 구조를 단순화시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 회전구동되는 턴테이블과, 이 턴테이블 상부에 승강 및 회전가능하게 설치된 클램퍼를 구비하여 그들 사이에 디스크를 클램핑시켜 구동하게 된 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치에 있어서, 상기 클램퍼(3)가 규격이 따른 그 종류의 디스크를 선택적으로 센터링하는 제1, 제2센터링보스(3a)(3b)와, 그 센터링과 동시에 각 디스크의 상면을 가압 클램핑하는 제1, 제2가압부(3c)(3d)를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어의 디스크클램핑장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑(3)가 스프링부재(6)에 의해 하방으로 탄성바이어스 되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1가압부(3c)가 상기 제2센터링보스(3b)에 마련되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항중의 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1가압부(3c)와 제2가압부(3d)에 상기 디스크와 접촉되는 마찰력이 큰 탄성부재(7)가 각각 설치되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스프 플레이어의 디스크 클램핑장치.
