Abstract

본 발명은 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체에 관하여 개시한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체는 스핀들 모터 허브에 나사홈을 형성하고, 스핀들 모터 허브에 끼워져 있는 적층미디어를 가압하기 위하여, 이 나사홈과 결합되는 나사부 주위에 마련된 가압부를 갖는 클램프 디스크를 이용하게 된다. 따라서, 상기 클램프 디스크의 나사부를 스핀들 모터 허브의 나사홈에 결합시킴으로써 가압부의 하단면이 상기 미디어의 상면을 가압할 수 있도록 된 구조를 이루게 된다. 이러한 구조의 특징에 의해 디스크 고정시 평탄도에 의한 영향을 최소화시킬 수 있고, 모터의 진동이나 외부에 의한 충격의 영향을 최소화시킬 수 있게 됨으로써 미디어에 유발되는 변조현상 등을 방지하여 디스크의 기록/재생 성능을 향상시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체를 나타내 보인 개략적 분해 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 본 발명에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체의 단면구성도, 그리고 제4도 및 제5도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체를 나타내 보인 개략적 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 복수의 디스크가 적층되어 이루어진 미디어가 장착되어 있는 스핀들 모터의 허브 상단면에 마련되어 상기 미디어의 상면 일부와 접촉하도록 된 클램프 스페이서와, 이 클램프 스페이서의 상면을 가압하여 상기 미디어를 고정하도록 된 클램프 디스크를 포함하여 이루어진 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체에 있어서, 상기 스핀들 모터 허브의 상단면 중앙에는 소정 부재와의 상보적 결합을 위한 결합수단이 마련되고, 상기 클램프 디스크(30)는 상기 결합수단과 상보적으로 결합되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 주위에 마련되어 상기 클램프 스페이서(24)의 상면을 가압하는 가압부와, 상기 결합부와 상기 가압부를 덮는 뚜껑부재(33)가 일체로 형성되어, 상기 클램프 디스크(30)의 결합부가 상기 스핀들 모터 허브의 상단면에 마련된 결합수단에 결합됨으로써 상기 미디어를 고정하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  2. 제1항에 상기 결합수단은 나사홈(20b)으로 형성되고, 이 나사홈(20b)과 결합되는 상기 클램프 디스크(30)의 결합부는 나사부(31)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압부(32)는 상기 뚜껑부재(33)의 하면 외주로부터 아래로 연장되는 환형의 다리로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 환형의 다리는 하면 외주에 내측으로 돌출된 턱부(32a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부재는 중앙부에 홀(33a)이 형성되어 있는 도너츠형으로 이루어지고, 상기 결합부는 외주면에 나사가 형성된 중공형 파이프부재로서, 상기 뚜껑부재의 중앙부 홀(33a)과 파이프부재의 중공부가 서로 통하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부재와 중공형 파이프부재의 중앙부가 서로 통하는 홀(33a)은 그 형상이 다각형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부재와 상기 스핀들 모터 허브에는 다수의 나사결합공이 마련되고, 이 나사결합공을 통하여 상기 클램프 디스크(30)가 상기 스핀들 모터 허브에 나사결합 가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑부재는 돔형으로 되어 있고, 이 돔형 뚜껑부재(50)의 하면에는 환형의 턱부(53a)가 형성되어, 이 환형의 턱부(53a)가 상기 클램프 스페이스와 접촉하여 상기 미디어를 가압할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 디스크 고정구조체.
