Abstract

이 발명은 상호 밀봉된 한쌍의 유체 이송 튜브를 연결하기 위한 신속 연결커플링을 게재한다. 한 개의 튜브는 정착체 다음에 튜브의 한 단부에 설치된 컵형 승각체를 포함한다. 승강체는 제1튜브 단부부분이 돌출한 것을 통하여 원형구멍을 갖는 방사상 베이스부분과 베이스 부분에 연결되고 거의 수직으로 연장된 벽부분을 구비한다. 게다가, 승강체는 베이스에서 구멍쪽으로 벽부분으로부터 각도를 두고 연장하고 벽부분에 고정된 한쌍의 방사상으로 이격된 체결탭을 포함한다. 제2튜브는 리드 단부에 귀환 굽힘체를 가짐 제1튜브상에 절첩 장착 가능하게 되어있다. 2개의 튜브가 연결될 때 귀환 굽힘체는 체결탭하에 연결되어 전, 후진하게 되고 제1 및 제2튜브 단부의 해제를 방지하도록 체결탭에 의해 수용된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1 및 제2튜브를 연결하기 위한 커플링에 있어서, 승강체는 방사상 베이스부분에 구멍을 가지는 방사상 베이스부분에 의해 형성되고, 상기 방사상 베이스부분은 베이스 부분에 수직으로 연장한 벽을 포함하며, 체결탭은 상기 벽에 설치되고, 상기 벽으로부터 방사상 안쪽으로 돌출한 단부를 가지며, 상기 탭은 베이스에서 상기 구멍쪽으로 상기 벽으로부터 경사져서 벽으로부터 연장되고, 제1튜브는 단부를 포함하고, 제1튜브상에 승강체를 장착하기 위하여 단부로부터 예정된 거리에 장착수단을 구비하며, 제2튜브는 귀한 굽힘체를 갖는 단부를 구비하고, 상기 체결탭은 개구에 인접하고 제1 및 제2튜브의 해제를 방지하도록 제2튜브상의 귀환 굽힘체와 결합하도록 된 커플링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원통형 벽부재는 방사상 베이스부분에 대향한 벽부재의 전방단부에 거의 동일하게 방사상으로 이격된 한쌍의 체결탭과 복수개의 체결탭을 포함하고 상기 체결탭의 각각은 체결탭내에 위치하여 설치하도록 된 커플링.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 체결탭은 V자 형태이고, 그것의 한 개의 레그는 개구쪽으로 방사상 그리고 축방향으로 연장한 체결부분이고, 다른 레그는 혀모양의 부품이며, 상기 혀모양의 부품은 상기 혀모양의 부룸의 각 측면과 상기 레그의 접합부에 돌출 견부가 제공되므로 체결 부분보다 작은 폭을 갖고, 상기 혀모양의 부품은 각기 상기 체결탭 개구내에 수용되며, 상기 돌출 견부는 체결탭이 체결탭의 방사상 및 축방향 맨 단부를 지나서 전, 후진하고 그리고 누르고 결합하여 제2튜브의 귀환 굽힘체로서 피봇하게 되는 것에 대하여 지주를 제공하므로 상기벽부재의 방사상 내부 표면과 결환하도록 된 커플링.
  4. 제1 및 제2절첩식 원통형 튜브를 연결하는 방법에 있어서, 제1튜브상에 단부로부터 떨어져서 축방향으로 방사상 안쪽으로 돌출한 스프링을 갖는 체결수단을 제1튜브에 고정하는 단계와, 상기 튜브의 단부상에 귀환 굽힘체를 형성하는 단계와, 귀환 굽힘체가 장착체 및 탭사이에 위치하므로 귀환 굽힙체를 통과하도록 상기 탭을 전, 후진함에 의해 예정된 거리를 전부 통과하여 제 1튜브위로 귀환 굽힙체를 미끄럼 끼우는 단계를 포함하도록 된 튜브연결방법.
  5. 절첩식 원통형 튜브를 연결하는 방법에 있어서, 한 개의 튜브의 단부로부터 예정된 거리에 튜브의 하나상에 장착체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 장착체에서 제1튜브상의 단부로부터 축방향으로 떨어진 방향에서 방사상 안쪽으로 벌어진 스트링 탭을 갖는 체결수단을 설치하는 단계와, 상기 튜브의 단부사에 귀환 굽힘체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 귀환 굽힘체가 장착체와 탭사이에 위치하므로 귀환 굽힘체를 통과하여 탭을 전, 후진함에 의해 예정된 거리를 전부 거쳐서 제1튜브위로 귀환 굽힘체를 미끄럼 끼우는 단계를 포함하도록 된 튜브 연결방법.
