Abstract

본 발명은 건축자재 및 전기기기의 내외판에 사용되는 흑색화 표면처리 강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 강판 표면에 간단한 방법으로 티타늄을 도금하면서 적절한 도금조건을 유지하여 흑색 표면을 얻은 후 그위에 수지처리를 하여 표면을 보호하므로서, 흑색표면과 함께 티타늄 특유의 고내식성등의 우수한 도금특성을 함께 얻을 수 있는 흑색화 표면처리강판을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 탄소함유량이 0.003~2.0wt%인 통상의 탄소상을 소지기판으로 하고; 도금부착량이 10~40g/㎡인 진공증착 티타늄 도금층이 상기 소지기판상에 형성되고;부착량이 200~5000mg/㎡인 실리콘 산화물 함유 수지층이 상기 진공증착티타늄 도금층상에 형성되어 구성되는 흑색화 표면처리 강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 하층이 금속티타늄 층을 진공증착법에 의해서 형성한 다음, 통상의 방법으로 수지처리 하므로서, 제조공정이 간략하고, 내식성, 밀착성, 광택도 및 내지문성이 우수하고 흑색회관을 갖는 흑색화 표면처리강판을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 탄소함유량 0.003~2.0wt%인 통상의 탄소강을 소지기판으로 하고; 도금부착량이 10-40g/㎡인 진공증착티타늄 도금층이 상기 소지 기판상에 형성되고;부착량이 200~500mg/㎡인 실리콘 산화물 함유 수지층이 상기 진공증착 티타늄 도금층상에 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흑색화 표면처리 강판.
  2. 티타늄이 장입된 티타늄 증발원을 진공용기내에 위치시키고 소지기판으로서 0.003~2.0wt%의 탄소함유량을 갖는 탄소강판을 상기 티타늄 증발원위에 장착시킨 다음, 진공용기내를 1×10-4토르이하로 진공 배기하는 단계;상기와 같이 진공배기한 후 소지기판을 300~370℃의 온도범위로 가열하는 단계;상기와 같이 소지기판의 가열이 완료되면, 티타늄 증발원에 전원을 공급하여 증발원을 탈가스 시킨 다음, 증발원의 셔터를 열어 10~40g/㎡의 부착량범위로 티타늄을 소지기판상에 증착시키는 단계; 및 상기와 같이 티타늄이 진공증착원 다음, 통상의 방법으로 실리콘 산화물 함유수지층을 200~5000mg/㎡의 부착량 범위로 도포시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흑색화 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
