Claims (3)
- 세라믹 유전체의 조성에서 제1성분으로 86-93몰분율의 티탄산바륨(BaTiO3), 제2성분으로 7-14몰분율의 주석산칼슘(CaSnO3) 그리고 제3성분으로 제1성분과 제2성분을 합한 것을 100으로 했을때 0.05-0.5중량 백분율의 산화구리, 제4성분으로 0.05-0.5중량 백분율의 희토류계 산화물이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화구리는 CuO 또는 Cu2O인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 희토류계 산화물은 La2O3, Nd2O3, Y2O3, Sm2O3및 CeO2중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
