Abstract
본 발명은 유리섬유매트에 폴리프로필렌계의 수지를 함침시켜 난연성, 고강도 및 내충격성이 뛰어난 시이트상의 열가소성 복합재료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 에폭시기를 갖는 유기실란화합물로 표면처리한 유리섬유매트에 할로겐을 함유하는 유기화합물 난연제와 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물을 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지에 그라프트시킨 그라프트 수지와 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지와의 혼합물인 개질된 폴리프로필렌계의 수지를 적층하고 이를 가열 가압하여 얻은 난연성이 뛰어난 신규한 열가소성 복합재료에 관한 발명이다.

Claims (4)
- 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물을 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지에 그라프트시킨 그라프트 폴리프로필렌 수지와 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지의 혼합물인 개질 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부와 할로겐을 함유하는 유기화합물 난연제 5~40중량부를 압출기로 용융 혼련하여 얻은 폴리프로필렌 시이트와 에폭시기를 갖는 실란화합물로 표면 처리한 유리섬유 매트를 적층하고 이를 가열, 가압하여 폴리프로필렌 수지를 열용융 함침시킴을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 무수물을 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레인산, 프말산, 무수말레인산, 말레산 모노에틸에스테르, 아크릴산나트륨, 메타크릴산 나트륨 임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐을 함유하는 유기화합물 난연제는 테트라 브로모 무수프탈산, 테트라브로모 비스페놀 A, 트리브로모 페닐 아크릴레이트, 테트라클로로프탈산, 디브로모프탈산, 펜타클로로페닐 글리세린에테르임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시기를 갖는 실란화합물은 글리시딜 에테르 트리메톡시 실란, β(-3,4-에폭시 시클로헥실) 에틸 트리메톡시 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
