Abstract

이 발명은 하나의 인쇄장치를 가지며 그리고 위에 도료롤러가 느슨하게 삽입할 수 있는 축수저어널을 가지는 하나의 선회레버를 가지며, 여기서 선회레버는 수동레테르 첨부장치의 작동시에 인쇄장치에 의하여 그의 휴지위치로부터 떨어져서 움직여지며 스프링힘에 의하여 복귀하여 움직여지는 수동레테르 첨부장치를 위한 도료롤러 지지구에 관한 것이다.
도료롤러의 축방향의 고정을 위하여 수동레테르 첨부장치의 케이싱내에는 축수 저어널의 자유단의 맞은편에, 선회레버의 선회통로에 상응하여 적어도 하나의 돌출한 원호상의 측면통로가 형성되어 있으며, 이 측면통로에 접하여 도료롤러가 지지할 수 있다. 이로서 선회레버에도, 도료롤러에도 지지장치가 설치될 것을 필요로하지 않는다.
도료롤러가 축방향으로 축수저어널로부터 떨어져 움직이려면 항상 이것은 측면 통로에의 부딛침에 의하여 그것이 방지된다.

제1도는 이 발명에 따른 도료롤러지지구를 가지는 측방으로 개방된 수용 레테르 첨부장치의 개략 표현도이며,
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선에 따르는 단면도이며,
제3도는 케이싱에 대하여 평행하게 선회가능한 폐쇄부품을 가지는 또다른 수동 레테르장치의 측면도임.

Claims (11)

  1. 하나의 인쇄장치와 그리고 축수저어널을 가진 하나의 선회레버를 가지며 이 축수저어널위로는 도료롤러가 느슨하게 삽입할 수 있으며, 여기서 선회레버는 하나의 인쇄장치의 수동레테르 첨부장치의 작동시에 휴자위치로부터 빠져나와 움직이며 그리고 스프링힘에 의하여 복귀하여 움직여지는 수동레테르 첨부장치에 있어서, 수동레테르 첨부장치의 케이싱(1)에는 축수저어널(22)의 자유단의 반대편에 선회레버 (20)의 선회궤도에 따라서 적어도 하나의 돌출한, 원호형상의 측면 통로(25)가 형성되어 있으며, 이 측면통로에 접해서는 도료롤러(23)가 축방향으로 지지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 측면통로(25)는 직접 통로로서 케이싱벽의 내측에 접설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 측면통로(25)는 축수저어널(22)에 관련하여 편심으로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 측면통로(25)는 선회레버(20)의 축수저어널(22)의 중심점 사이에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 그 다음항의 하나에 있어서, 케이싱벽 내에는 축수저어널(22)의 맞은편에 하나의 개구가 형성되어 있으며 이 개구는 측면통로(25)에 의하여 위에 펼쳐지며 여기서 측면통로(25)는 적어도 하나의 개구의 범위에서 움직일 수 있게 형성되어지며, 그 결과로 도료롤러의 교체를 위하여 개구는 완전히 자유롭게 놓일 수가 있으며, 그리고 이 도료롤러(23)는 개구를 통하여 축수저어널(22)로부터 끌어당겨지며 그리고 그 위에 밀어올려질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 개구가 축수저어널(22)의 휴지위치의 건너편에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 개구에 대하여 움직일 수 있는 폐쇄부분(30)이 설치되어 있으며, 그의 내부측에는 측면통로(25)의 제1구간(25a)이 형성되어 있으며, 이 제1구간은 폐쇄부분이 상기 개구속으로 삽입된다면 케이싱벽의 내부측에 접하여 형성된 제구간(25b)에 직접 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폐쇄부분(30)은 선회가능한 후랩(30)으로서 형성되어 있으며 이 후랩은 케이싱벽에 회전할 수 있게 축수되어 있으며 케이싱벽에 평행하게 개구속으로 선회할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  9. 제1항 또는 그 다음항 중의 하나에 있어서, 선회레버(20)는 인쇄장치(5)에 의하여 작용된 그의 정상적인 선회통로를 지나서 앞을 향하여 케이싱으로부터 스프링힘에 대항하여 도료롤러 교체를 위하여 밖으로 선회할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  10. 제1항 또는 그 다음항 중의 하나에 있어서, 선회레버(20)는 직접 일측방이 고정이되게 잡혀있는 것을 판스프링으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
  11. 제8항 또는 그 다음항 중의 하나에 있어서, 후랩(30)의 회전운동에 상응하여 측면통로(25)로부터 각도를 두고 떨어져 있는 진입통로(31)가 형성되어 있으며 이 진입통로는 후랩(30)에 대하여 비스듬히 되어 있으며 그 결과로 이것을 후랩(30)이 닫힌 경우에 도료롤러를 비스듬한 평면을 가지고 측면통로(25)상에서 들어올리는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동레테르 첨부장치.
