Abstract

본 발명은 다음과 같은 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는, 인체 표면에 국소 도포하기에 적합한 화장제 올레올겔에 관한 것이다.
(i) 대부분이 분지형 알킬사슬로 구성되어 있는 폴리-α-올레핀으로부터 유도되는 합성 탄화수소오일로부터 선택되는 화장학적으로 허용가능한 용매 5-95중량%, (ii) 바람직하게는 용매중에 용해되며 교차결합되지 않는, 합성 탄화수소 오일에 대한 화장학적으로 허용가능한 소수성 중합체 티크너 5-80중량%.

Claims (18)

  1. 다음과 같은 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는, 인체 표면에 국소 도포하기여 적합한 화장제 올레오겔.
    (i) 대부분이 분지형 알킬사슬로 구성되어 있는 폴리-α-올레핀으로부터 유도되는 합성 탄화수소 오일로부터 선택되는 화장학적으로 허용가능한 용매 5-95중량%, (ii) 합성 탄화수소오일에 대한 화장학적으로 허용가능한 소수성 중합체 티코너 5-80중량%.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소오일이 유도되는 폴리-α-올레핀의 60중량%이상이 분지형 알켄사슬로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 올레오겔.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소오일은 분자량이 300-20000이고 첨성도(40℃에서)가 5-1500cSt인것을 특징으로하는 올레오겔.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용매는 추가적으로 1종이상의 풀리올 지방산 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올 지방산 에스테르는 60%이상이 하나이상의 C8-C22지방산으로 에스테르화뫼는 최소한 4개이상의 유리 수산기를 가지는 지방족 또는 방향족 풀리올로 부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 풀리올 지방산 폴리에스테르가 유도되는 폴리올은 취소한 하나의 단당류, 이당류 및 다망류를 함유하는 슈가 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리을 지방산 폴리에스테르는 팜유와 팜핵유의 혼합물, 콩기름, 콩기름과 팜유의 혼합물, 팜유, 코코넛유, 혼합어유로부터 유도되는 슈크로즈옥타이소스테아레이트, 슈크로즈옥타-2-에틸헥사노에이트, 슈크로즈 지방산 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  8. 제4항-제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 지방산 폴리에스테르는 용매성분의 1-95중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  9. 제1항-제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리을 티크너는 용매중에 용해되며 교차결합되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  10. 제1항-제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 티크너는 폴리에틸렌 단일중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  11. 제1항-제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서. 중합체 티크너는 폴리에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  12. 제1항-제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10-100의 경도가(본 명세서에서 정의한 바와같음)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  13. 제1항-제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 30%이상의 폐색도가(본 명세서에서 정의한 바와같음)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레오겔.
  14. 제1항-제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신체표면에 도포하기위해 사용되는 1종이상의 보호재 또는 유익제를 또한 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 올레오겔.
  15. 피부 또는 모발에 국소도포하기에 적합한 올레오겔의 제조방법으로서, (i) 대부분이 분지형 알킬사슬로 구성되어 있는 폴리이-올레핀으로부터 유도되는 합성 탄화수소오일로부터 선택되는 화장학적으로 허용가능한 용매 5-95중량%와, (ii) 합성 탄화수소오일에 대한 화장학적으로 허용가능한 소수성 중합체 티크너 5-80중량%를 혼합시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 용매와 중합체를 교반하게 함께 가열시킴으로써 중합체를 용매중에 용해시킨 다음 혼합물의 운점온도를 통해 계속 교반시키면서 냉각시킴으로써 반투명한 올레오겔을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  17. 제1항에 따르는 올레오겔을 사람의 피부, 모발 또는 손발톱에 국소도포함으로써 피부, 모발 또는 손발톱에 폐색층을 형성시키는 방법.
  18. 사람의 피부, 모발 또는 손발돕에 국소도포하기 위한 보호제 또는 유익제에 대한 부형제로서의 제1항에 따른 올레오겔의 용도.
