Abstract

본 발명은, 치밀한 밀폐 모울드 내에서, (d) 발포제, (e) 촉매, (f) 첨가제 및 필요하다면 (g) 보조제의 존재하에, (a) 유기 및/또는 변성된 유기 폴리이소시안산염을 (b) 적어도 2개의 반응성 수소원자를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 비교적 고분자량의 화합물, 및 필요하다면, (c) 저분자량 사슬 연장제 및/또는 교차 결합제를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는:발포성 코어 및 치밀한 주변 영역을 갖는 클로로플루오로카아본-유리 우레탄-함유 또는 우레탄- 및 우레아-함유 성형물을 제조하는 방법을 제공하며, 여기에서, 첨가제(f)는 적어도 하나의 미공성 활성탄 및/또는 미공성 탄소분자체 이며, 이들은 바람직하게는, 40%이상의 발생빈도율을 갖는 0.3 내지 3nm의 평균 공극직경, 0.20 내지 1.4㎖/g의 공극 부피 및 500 내지 2500㎡/g의 BET표면적을 가지며, 바람직하다면, 그외에 추가의 첨가제를 포함한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 치밀한 밀폐 모울드 내에서, (d) 발포제, (e) 촉매, (f) 첨가제 및 필요하다면, (g) 보조제의 존재하에, (a) 유기 및/또는 변성된 유기 폴리이소시안산염을 (b) 적어도 2개의 반응성 수소원자를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 비교적 고분자량의 화합물, 및 필요하다면, (c) 저분자량 사슬 연장제 및/또는 교차 결합제와 반응시킴으로써, 발포성 코어 및 치밀한 주변 영역을 갖는 클로로플루오로카아본-유리 우레탄-함유 또는 우레탄- 및 우레아-함유 성형물을 제조하는 방법으로서 첨가제(f)중 하나가 미공성 활성탄, 미공성 탄소분자체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체가, 40%이상의 발생 빈도율을 갖는 0.3 내지 3nm적의 평균 공극 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체가 0.20 내지 1.4㎖/g의 공극부피를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체가 500 내지 2500㎡/g의 BET 표면적을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체 또는 활성탄과 탄소분자체의 혼합물이, 성분(b), 또는 (b) 및 (c)에 대해, 0.5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제(f)가, 하나 이상의 미공성 활성탄 또는 하나 이상의 미공성 탄소분자체 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 2개의 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하는 하나이상의 비교적 고분자량의 화합물로 이루어지는 농축물의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제(f)가, 하나 이상의 미공성 활성탄 또는 하나 이상의 미공성 탄소분자체 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 35 내지 100의 히드록실가를 갖는 하나 이상의 에틸렌 디아민-개시 폴리옥시 프로필렌-폴리올로 이루어지는 농축물의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탠 또는 미공성 탄소분자체가, 총 중량에 대해, 3 내지 20 중량%의 수분 함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 첨가제(f)가 미공성 결정 분자체 또는 미공성 실라카켈 또는 이들의 혼합물과 조합되어 있는 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 첨가제(f)가 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체, 비정질 미공성 실리카겔 및 제올라이트의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 미공성 활성탄 또는 미공성 탄소분자체가 유형 I의 등온성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 발포제(d)가 클로로플루오로카아본을 제외한, 물리 발포제 또는 물, 또는 물과 물리발포제의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 클로로플루오로카아본이 없는 우레탄 함유 성형물이 연질-탄성, 반경질 또는 경질임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
