Abstract

출입문이나 창문에 사용하는 절첩식 문의 연결부재에 있어서의 기밀성과 수밀성의 향상을 도모함과 함께, 절첩식 문이 펄쳐진 상태에서 원활한 미끄럼운동이 가능한 기밀장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
절첩식 문을 구성하는 패널을 서로 연결시키는 연결부재에 있어서, 패널의 회전중심을 패널면의 외측에 형성하고 연결부재의 상하 양쪽 끝부분에는, 그 횡단면도가 ㄷ자형으로 되어 연결부재를 감싸는 듯한 형상을 하는 덮개를 삽입하며, 그 덮개의 표면이 패널 수직 프레임의 면과 동일평면이 되도록하여, 패널이 펄쳐진 상태에서 그 덮개의 표면이 상하 레일을 따라 삽입된 제1기밀재와 서로 맞닿도록 하며, 또, 연결부재나 지지프레임중의 어느 한쪽의 측면에는 상하 방향으로 제2기밀재를 삽입하여 다른 쪽의 측면과 서로 맞닿을 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명에 의한 절첩식 출입문 또는 창문의 기밀장치에 있어서의 패널의 연결부재의 주요부를 표시하는 분해사시도이다.
제2도는, 접첩식 출입문 또는 창문이 조리된 상태에서의 연결부재의 사시도이다.
제3도는 연결부재의 횡단면도이다.
제4도는, 덮개의 구체적인 실시예를 표시하는 사시도이다.
제5도는, 연결부재의 상의 종단면도이다.
제6도는, 연결부재의 하부의 종단면도이다.
제7도는, 연결부재의 전체의 종단면도이다.
제8도는 절첩식 문 전체의 횡단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 복수개의 패널(1)을 자유자재로 접거나 펄칠 수 있도록 연결한 절첩식 출입문이나 창문등의 연결부재(3)에 있어서, 패널의 회전중심을 패널 면으로부터 바깥 쪽으로 돌출된 상태로 형성하며, 연결부재(3)의 상하 양쪽 끝부분에는, 그 중간부분에서의 횡단면도가 대략 ㄷ자 형상을 하여 연결부재(15)를 감싸는 듯한 형상으로 삽입되는 덮개(15)를 삽입하여, 덮개(15)의 표면이 패널 수직 프레임(12)의 면과 동일평면으로 한 상태에서, 상하 레일을 따라 삽입된 제1기밀재(6)와 서로 맞닿도록 하고, 덮개(15)의 좌우 양쪽에는 플렌지(20)를 형성하여 수직 프레임(12)의 측면과 압접될 수 있도록 하며, 또, 연결부재(3)와 수직 프레임(12)중의 어느 한쪽의 측면제 제2기밀재(9)를 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는, 절첩식 출입문 또는 창문 등에 있어서의 기밀장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 연결부재(3)와 수직 프레임(12)중의 어느 한쪽에 삽입한 제2기밀재(9)가 덮개(15)의 일부분과 서로 맞닿게 되므로써, 상하 방향에서의 틈새가 형성되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 절첩식 출입문 또는 창문 등에 있어서의 기밀장치.
