Description

조립식 건축용 판넬
제 1 도는 본 고안의 철선배열 상태를 나타낸 평면도.

본 고안은 일반 조립식 주택 또는 사무실이나 상가 등을 건축하기에 적합한 조립식 건축용 판넬에 관한 고안으로, 현장조립 시공이 간편하고 강선보강 및 콘크리트현장 타설로 인한 견고한 일체식 구조물을 제공할 수 있는 경량판넬에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 관하여 대략적으로 기재하면, 종횡으로 엮어진 좌우 강선틀을 일정간격이 유지되도록 다수의 연결철선으로 연결시킨후 좌우 양변의 강선틀의 내측으로 일정두께의 경량단열재를 피복시켜서 된 출원인의 선출원공고제 91-2417호를 이용하여서된 것으로 선등록고안의 양측 경량단열재의 사이의 일정공간부내에 보강철선들을 형성시킨 판넬에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 내용을 좀더 상술하면, 선등록 고안에서는 강선틀을 좌우로 일정간격이 유지토록 다수의 연결철선으로 연결설치하고 그 좌우 양변의 강선들의 내측으로 일정두께의 경량단열재를 피복시킴으로서 일정공간부를 확보한후 필요에 따라 현장에서 철근을 보강시킬수 있게하였던 것이나 본 고안에서는 경량단열판의 사이에 보강용 강선틀을 미리 배근시켜 현장시공시에 좌우 경량단열판 내부공간내에 콘크리트를 타설하면 철근콘크리트 구조물을 일체로 시공할수 있게 함으로서 큰 하중을 받는 내력벽이나, 기둥, 보등이 시공을 할수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안 판넬은 조립시공시에 좌우의 경량단열판 사이에 철근을 배근시켰으므로 콘크리트를 타설 시키면 철근콘크리트의 일체식 구조물로 시공될수 있게한 것이며, 좌우의 경량단열판은 콘크리트 타설시의 거프집 역활을 함과 동시에 단열 및 흡 차단막을 형성시키고 그 표면은 몰탈붙임 또는 회반죽, 석고 프라스타등의 미장시공을 임으로 할수 있게 한 것으로, 본 고안의 구성을 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
종횡으로 엮어진 좌우의 강선틀(1)(1')을 일정간격이 유지되도록 다수의 연결철선(2)으로 연결시킨후 좌우 양변의 강선틀(1)(1')내측으로 일정두께의 경량단열판(3)(3')을 부착시켜서 된 조립식 건축용 판넬에 있어서 양 경량 단열판(3)(3')사이의 공간부(d)에 내부강선(4)(4') 및 보강강선(5)(5')을 설치함으로서 콘크리트 타설시 강선으로 보강시킨 철근 콘크리트 단열벽체를 얻을수 있게한 조립식 건축용 판넬인 것이다.
미설명부호 6은 콘크리트, 7.7'는 미장몰탈이며, 8은 연결부이다.
이와같은 본 고안 판넬은 일정크기로 제조하여 공간부(d)내에 강선틀을 배근하였으므로 현장에서 콘크리트(6)를 타설시키면 기둥이나 보 또는 내력벽등의 철근콘크리트의 일체식 구조물을 성형시킬수 있으며, 양측으로 경량단열판(3)(3')이 일체로 부착되어 있으므로 단열보온의 효과도 높은 벽체를 손쉽게 얻을수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 종횡으로 엮어진 좌우의 강선틀(1)(1')을 일정간격이 유지되도록 다수의 연결철선(2)으로 연결시킨후 좌우 양변의 강선틀(1)(1')의 내측으로 일정두께의 경량단열판(3)(3')을 부착시켜서된 조립식 건축용 판넬에 있어서 양 경량단열판(3)(3')사이에 공간부(d)에 내부강선(4)(4') 및 보강강선(5)(5')을 설치함으로서 콘크리트 타설시 철근 큰크리트 단열벽체를 얻을수 있게한 조립식 건축용 판넬.
