Abstract
본 발명은, 각종 FA라인 안에 사용되는 이행장치에 있어서 마모된 실린더의 교환을 이용하게 할 수 있고, 또한 이행물의 고속반송을 할 수 있고, 간단 용이하게 복수의 작업헤드를 설치할 수 있고, 작은 물건에서부터 큰 물건까지를 용이하게 이행하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
그 구성에 있어서, 본체베이스(24)의 끝부분에 전자밸브(57), (58), 릴리으프밸브(59), (60) 및 매니폴드(61)를 간지 제어상자(38)를 구비한 구성, 또 일단부를 슬라이드베이스(28)에 고착하고, 타단부를 다른 슬라이드베이스(70)에 고착한 1개 이상의 접속체(54)를 구비한 구성에 의해, 실린더(32)를 가진 본체와 레일가이드(22), (23)를 분리해서, 마모된 실린더(32)의 교환작업을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 도한 고속화반송을 할 수 있고, 또 작업헤드를 장착하는 헤드장착베이스를 용이하게 증설할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 본체베이스와, 레일가이드에 의해서 접촉해서 활동하는 직선형 베어링을 가지고 작업헤드를 배설하는 헤드장착베이스를 고착한 슬라이드베이스와, 상기 슬라이드베이스에 접속판을 개재해서 장착된 가동체를 가진 실린더와, 상기 본체베이스에 배설한 검출기와, 상기 본체베이스의 양끝에 배설한 스토퍼볼트와 완충기를 구비하고, 상기 본체베이스의 끝 부분에 전자밸브와 일리이프밸브와 매니폴드를 간진 제어상자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이행장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일단부를 슬라이드 베이스에 고착하고, 타단부를 다른 슬라이드베이스에 고착한 1개 이상의 접속체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이행장치.
