Abstract

본 발명은 장식판재의 표면에 마블무늬를 전사하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로 물과 기름성분의 잉크나 물감을 뿌리거나 떨어뜨려서 생기는 모양을 흡수성이 좋은 목재의 표면으로 흡수시켜 건조시킨 무늬층을 표면내에 형성하고 그 표면에 도장처리를 하여 무늬에 대한 두께가 없는 구성이며 제작과 디자인이 매우 사용가치가 높은 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 용기에 채운물에 희석재로 희석된 기름성분의 잉크 및 유화물감의 여러색을 적당량 떨어트려 불규칙한 모양을 물표면에 형성하고, 흡수성이 좋은 목재의 표면을 상기 물표면에 닿게하여 불규칙한 모양이 판재에 묻은 수분을 건조시키고, 상기 불규칙한 모양이 스며든 무늬표면에 우체탄 또는 투명에 폭의 도장처리를 하여서되는 장식판재의 마블무늬 전사방법.
  2. 판재의 표면에 묽게 희석된 스크린 잉크를 도포하고 그 위에 물과 안료를 적당량 떨어뜨려 형성되는 불특정한 무늬가 판재표면에 스며들도록 건조시켜 무늬층을 형성하는 장식판재의 마블무늬 전사방법.
  3. 흡수성과 내구성을 보유한 목재로된 판재(1)의 표면(2)에 스크린 잉크와 유화물감에 의한 무늬층(3)이 흡수되어 형성되고 표면(2)위에 투명한 코팅층(4)을 형성하여서 된 마블무늬.
