Abstract
본 발명은 포장용, 보다 상세하게는 통조림 식품 등의 포장될 각 물건의 단위 팩, 캔, 병 등의 꾸려묶기용 수축성 열가소성 필름, 및 그 제조방법을 제공하고, 이 필름은 적어도 2개의 열가소성 수지로 형성되며 실질상 직선을 따라 압출방향에 실질상 수직인 방향으로 잡아당겨진다.

Claims (28)
- (a)적어도 1개의 폴리올레핀 층; 및 (b)(1) 식 R-CH=CH2(식중, R는 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이다)의 α-올레핀, (2) 탄소수 3∼8의 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산, 및 (3) 임의로, 모노에틸렌성 불폴화 단량체 화합물의 이온공중합체에서 선택된 적어도 1층의 공중합체(여기서, 공중합체는 공중합체 전체에 분포된 금속 이온을 통해 중화에 의해 이온화된 카르복실산기 10:90%를 갖는다.)를 함유하며,(a)상기 포리올레핀 층; 및 (b) 상기 이온 공중합체 층을 하기 조작 조건 : -세로방향 신장비 2∼25 ; 및 -동결선 높이 160㎝미만(여기서,비는비가 2이상이 되도록 설정됨)하에 공-압출시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세로방향 신장비가 4∼15이고 동결선 높이가 80㎝미만인 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세로방향 신장비가 5∼10이고 동결선 높이가 20∼40㎝미만인 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,의 비가 0.1초과인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서,의 비가 0.2초과인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,의 비가 5초과인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공-압출이 하기 조작 조건하에 수행되는 수축성 열가소성 필름 : -이온 공중합체의 압출 스크류 온도 165∼220℃, 폴리올레핀의 압출 스크류 온도 170∼220℃, -압출 다이 온도 175∼230℃, -확장비 1∼4, -감도 속도 5∼80m/분, 및 -다이 블록 갭 0.6∼2.0mm.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공-압출이 하기 조작 조건하에 가압분출 공-압출에 의해 수행되는 수축성 열가소성 필름 : -이온 공중합체의 압출 스크류 온도 170-180℃, -폴리올레핀의 압출 스크류 온도 175∼185℃, -압출다이 온도 185∼195℃, -확장비 1.5∼2.5, -세로방향 신장비 4∼20, -감는 속도 7∼50m/분, -다이 블록 갭 1∼1.6mm. 및 -동결선 높이는의 비가 0.1초과가 되도록 선택됨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 공중합체가 금속 이온이 주기율표의 II, III, IV-A 및 VIII족에 속하는 착체 금속 이온이 에틸렌과 모노- 또는 디카르 복실산의 공중합체인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이온 공중합체가 금속 이온이 알칼리 금속 이온인 에틸렌과 모노-또는 디카르복실산의 공중합체인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 금속 이온이 나트륨 이온인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 식 R'-CH=CH2(식중, R'는 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이다)의 α-올레핀의 단독중합체에서 선택되는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 혼합물(LDPE/HDPE)인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제15항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 중량비(LDPE/HDPE)가 95/5∼50/50인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 R'-CH=CH2(식중, R'는 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이다)의 α-올레핀과 모노에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 공중합체인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제17항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트(EVA)공중합체인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 공중합체의 층(들)의 총 두께가 필름의 총 두께의 5∼70%를 구성하는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 공중합체의 층(들)의 총 두께가 필름의 총 두께의 15∼40%를 구성하는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 20∼300㎛인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제21항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 40∼150㎛인 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 2층으로 이루어진 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름이 적어도 3층으로 이루어진 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제24항에 있어서, 3층으로 이루어지며 2개의 외층은 이온 공중합체로 형성되고 각각 필름의 총 두께의 10∼25%를 나타내는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제24항에 있어서, 3층으로 이루어지며 내층은 이온 공중합체로 형성되고 총 필름 두께의 10∼35%를 구성하는 수축성 열가소성 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제26항중 어느 한 항에 따른 수축성 열가소성 필름을 사용하여 제조한 포장재.
- 패키지 인열의 가로방향이 물품 배열의 포장방향에 교차하도록 물품 주위에 수축된 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 필름 및 꾸려묶일 물품의 선형 배열을 함유하는 패키지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
