본 발명은 클로렐라 조체, 균이류 및 강장약용 식물의 각종 유효 성분이 유효하고 더욱 안정하게 보유하는 기능성 건강식품으로 유용한 클로렐라 함유 유지식품 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a chlorella-containing fat and oil and a method for producing the same, which are useful as functional health foods in which various active ingredients of chlorella, fungi and tonic medicines are effective and more stable.
