Claims (6)
- 입력전원인 직류전원을 승압하기 위한 DC-DC 컨버터와 이승압된 직류전원을 적절한 상용주파수의 교류출력으로 발생하는 DC-AC 인버터로서 이루어지는 전력변환 장치를 구성함에 있어서, DC-DC 컨버터(100)는 DC 전원입력회로(10)를 통하여 승압용 트랜스 포머(T)의 1차측에 푸쉬풀 회로로 구성된 FET(Fa,Fb)의 게이트에 교번되는 바이어스를 걸어주도록 이루어지는 스위칭 주파수 발생/조절회로부(20)를 연결하되 이 스위칭 주파수 발생/조절회로부는 상기 DC 전원 입력회로의 전원레벨에 따라서 교번인가되는 FET의 바이어스 전압의 실효값을 일정하게 유지하는 수단과, 부하측과 전원측의 과전압 또는 저전압 상태를 검출하고 판단하는 수단에 의하여 이상 발생시는 FET(Fa,Fb)의 바이어스 출력을 차단하는 수단을 포함하며 상기 승압용 트랜스포머의 2차측에 부하측 출력을 발생하는 브릿지회로(BD2)와 회로에 제어전원을 인가하도록 된 브릿지 회로(BD3)를 포함하며, 상기 DC-DC 컨버터의 부하측 출력 및 제어전원으로 동작되는 DC-AC인버터(200)는 상기 브릿지 회로(BD2)를 통하여 점 대칭 구동되는 FET(F1∼F4)에 바이어스 승압회로(30a)를 포함하는 부하구동회로(30)를 연결하고, 이 부하구동회로의 FET를 정격 주파수로서 스위칭하기 위한 복수의 타이밍 회로를 갖는 정격 주파수 발생회로(50)가 플립플롭으로 이루어진 출력조절부(60)를 통하여 스위칭 트랜지스터로 형성된 스위칭 출력회로(70)를 연결하여 상기 부하구동회로의 FET(F1∼F4)에 게이트에 바이어스 전압을 인가토록 이루고 이 FET(F1∼F4)의 중성점에서 AC 출력을 인출하되 상기 FET(F2, F4)의 소오스 접지단으로부터 전압비교기로 된 과부하 검출부(40)를 입력연결하여 이루며, 동작표시부(300)는 상기 과부하검출부의 과부하검출신호로 동작되는 과부하 구동회로(40a)를 상기 스위칭 주파수 발생/조절회로부(20)의 스위칭 주파수 발생을 중지하도록 연결하는 수단과 이과부하 구동회로의 출력으로 구동되는 단안정 멀티바이브레이터로 이루어진 고장표시부(90)를 통하여 표시부(90a)의 LED가 점멸 구동되도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, DC 전원입력회로(10)는 DC 전원의 무극성 연결이 가능하도록 다이오드 브릿지 회로(DB1)로서 입력회로를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스위칭 주파수 발생/조절회로부(20) PWM 제어되는 집적회로(Ic1)의 비교기(Com1)에 휴지시간 조정용 입력단으로 전원레벨이 콘덴서와 저항(R5,R6)의 분압값으로 입력연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 스위칭 주파수 발생/조절회로부(20)의 집적회로(Ic1)에 비교기(Com3)의 비반전 입력단으로 전원(E+)으로부터 저항(R1)과 제너다이오드(ZD2)로 된 과전압 감지부(21)를 연결하고, 전원(E+)으로부터 저항(R2)으로 이루어진 저전압 감지부(22)를 반전입력단에 연결하며, 비교기(Com4)의 비반전입력으로 저항(R3,R4)를 통한 전원 전압을 반전입력단으로는 온도감지센서(TH)와 과부하 감지에 따른 과부하 구동회로부(40a)의 포토트랜지스터의 컬렉터를 연결하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, DC-AC 인버터의 부하구동회로(30)는 점대칭구동되는 FET(F1∼F4)로서 이루어지되, 이 FET의 바이어스 승압회로(30a)는 상기 브릿지 회로(BO3)의 Vcc를 통하여 다이오드(D1/D2)와 저항 (R8/R9) 및 충전용 콘덴서(C8/C9)을 병렬접속하여 상기 FET(F1/F3)의 소오스에 접속하고 동시에 역지 방지용 다이오드(D3/D4)를 통하여 상기 FET(F1/F3)의 게이트에 순방향 접속하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과부하 검출부(40)는 전압비교기(Com5,Com6)로 이루어져 콘덴서(C12)에 의하여 일시적인 과부하전류는 차단되고 지속적인 과부하 상태에서는 검출 출력을 발생하여, 출력조절회로부(60)의 플립플롭(FF1,FF2)의 클리어단(CD)에 검출 출력을 연결하고 동시에 포터커플러(PC)를 포함하는 과부하 구동회로부(140a)에 입력연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어 장치.
