여닫이 문의 틈새 밀폐장치

본 고안은 여닫이 문과 바닥 사이의 틈새를 막는 밀폐 장치에 있어서, 문의 하단부에 차단체를 승강할 수 있게 형성하고, 문의 중간부에 차단체와 연결된 힌지핀을 형서하여 문이 닫혀 있을 때는 힌지핀이 눌리면서 틈새가 밀폐되고 문을 열 때에는 틈새가 개방되는 여닫이 문의 틈새 밀폐장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여닫이 문의 하부에 문틀이 없는 출입문은 문을 닫아 놓아도 문과 바닥 사이의 틈새로 외부의 소음이나 먼지 등이 실내로 들어오고, 실내의 열이 손실되는 문제점이 있었다.
종래의 여닫이 문의 틈새 밀폐장치는 구조가 복잡하여 고정이 빈번한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 여닫이 문의 하단부에 차단체를 승강할 수 있게 형성하여 힌지핀에 의하여 승강되게 구성하여 간단한 구조로서 문의 틈새를 밀폐할 수 있게 안출한 것으로 이를 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
직사각형의 케이스(1) 상단을 관통하는 축(2)의 일측 끝단으로 나선(7')이 있는 조절핀(7)을 삽지 가능하게하며, 지축(2)이 케이스(1)내에서 이탈되지 않도록 스프링(4)과 와셔(5)(5') 및 멈춤링(6)(6')을 결합하고 지축(2)의 중간 위치에 관통하는 장공(3)을 형성하여 작동변(10)을 힌지핀(8)으로 결합하여 고정축(9)을 기점으로 회동 자재하도록 하고, 작동변(10)의 타측 끝단에는 연결대(11)를 결합하여 연결대(11) 타단에는 고정대(12)를 부착하여 작은나사(14)(14')로 차단체(13)를 결합하고, 차단체(13)하부로 고무패킹(15)을 끼워 여닫이 문(16)의 일정위치에 설치하는 구성이다.
미설명 부호 17은 문틀이다.
이와 같은 구성으로 된 본 고안의 작용효과는 제3도에서 도시한 바와 같이 여닫이문(16)을 열면 작동핀(7)이 스프링(4)의 탄발로 돌출되면서 결합된 지축(2)이 이동되고, 작동변(10)은 고정축(9)을 기점으로 회동하여 고정대(12)에 결합된 차단체(13)를 들어 올리게 되므로, 여닫이문(16)을 개방하면 차단체(13)가 바닥에 닿지 않게 되어 문의 회동을 방해하지 않으며, 이와 반대로 문을 닫게 되면 조절핀(7)이 문틀(17)에 눌려지므로 제2도에서와 같이 차단체(13)가 하강되어 문과 바닥 사이의 틈새가 밀폐되어 외부의 소음을 실내로 전하지 않고 실내의 열을 보존해 주는 역할도 겸하게 되는 유용한 효과를 갖게 되는 것이다.

  1. 여닫이문(16)의 하단부에 고무패킹(15)이 끼워진 차단체(13)를 연결대(11)가 형성된 고정대(12)에 체결한것에 있어서, 여닫이문(16)의 중하부측에 설치한 케이스(1)에 힌지핀(8)의 지축(2)을 스프링(4)과 함께 가로로 설치하고, 힌지핀(8)에 형성된 장공(3)에 상기한 연결대(11)가 연결된 작동변(10)의 상단부를 연접하며, 힌지핀(8)의 선단부에 조절핀(7)을 신축 조절할 수 있게 결합 형성하여 힌지핀(8)의 조절핀(7)이 문틀(17)에 접촉 분리되는 기능으로 여닫이문의 하단 틈새를 막게 된 여닫이문의 틈새 밀폐 장치.
