Abstract
섬유와 부스러기 입자의 샘플내의 부스러기를 모니터하는 장치가 컴퓨터로 송신되는 샘플 무게를 설정하는 저울을 포함한다. 샘플은 감지부피에 나타나게 되고 광학감지기는 감지부피내에 부스러기 입자가 있는 것에 상응하는 출력신호을 만든다. 한 실시예에서, 출력신호는 감지부피내에 입자가 존재하므로서 유발된 빗 소멸에 상응하는 파형이다. 제2실시예에서, 감지부피내 부스러기 입자의 상분석은 입자의 크기, 모양이나 성분에 상응하는 출력신호를 내게 된다. 컴퓨터는 광학감지기로부터의 출력신호와 무게 데이타를 받아들이고 샘플 무게당 부스러기 입자의 최소한 한 부분의 수의 형태로 출력 데이타을 만든다. 컴퓨터는 또한 섬유의 수와 무게 그리고 부스러기 입자의 효율적 직경, 돌출된 지역과 무게에 상응하는 형태로 된 데이타를 출력한다. 특히 컴퓨터는 부스러기 입자를 분류하고 입자의 특성 범주에 대한 데이타를 출력한다.

Claims (15)
- 무게 유니트내에 무게 데이타를 만들고 샘플 무게를 결정하는 무게재는 수단; 감지부피; 광학적으로 감지되는 조건에서 감지부피에 샘플내의 모든 부스러기 입자를 있게하는 프레젠테이션 수단; 감지부피에 부스러기 입자가 나타나고 감지부피에 부스러기 입자가 존재하는 것에 상응하는 출력신호를 만들때 모든 부스러기 입자를 감지하는 광학감지수단; 무게데이타와 광학 감지수단의 출력신호를 받아들이고 부스러기 입자의 최소한 한부분의 수를 결정하고 수를 샘플의 무게로 나누고 샘플의 유니트 무게망 부스러기 입자의 수의 형태로 데이타를 출력하는 처리수단을 구성하며 부스러기 입자와 섬유의 샘플내 부스러기를 모니터하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 감지수단이 부스러기 입자의 돌출된 효율적 직경에 상응하는 특성과 부스러기 입자의 존재를 광학적으로 감지하고 감지된 특성에 상응하는 출력(V)를 만들며 처리수단이 부스러기 입자의 감지된 특성과 수에 상응하는 데이타를 출력하도록 작동하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리수단이 각 부스러기 입자의 감지된 특성에 기초하여 각부스러기 입자의 돌출된 지역을 계산하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리수단이 V=mX+b라는 공식에 기초한 미리설정된 임계값 위로 감지기 출력(V)를 만드는 부스러기 입자의 돌출된 효율적 직경을 계산하고 V=aX+cX+d의 공식을 기초한 미리 설정된 임계값 밑으로 감지기 출력(V)를 만드는 부스러기 입자의 돌출된 효율적 직경을 계산하는데 여기서 a, b, c, d와 m은 상수이고 X가 각 부스러기 입자의 돌출된 효율적 직경인 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 처리수단이 언급된 부분내의 입자수와 언급된 부분내의 각 입자의 감지된 특성을 기초로 부스러기 입자의 최소한 한 부분의 무게를 예견하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 처리수단이 모든부스러기 입자의 감지된 특성과 수에 기초한 보이는 이물질(VFM) 퍼센트를 예견하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리수단이 감지된 특성에 기초하여 각 부스러기 입자의 크기를 계산하고 제1크기범위내의 부스러기 입자를 위해 샘플 무게당 제1수를 계산하고 제2크기범위내의 부스러기 입자를 위해 샘플 무게당 제2수를 계산하고 샘플 무게당 제1과 제2수를 출력하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1크기범위가 먼지라고 생각되는 최대부스러기 입자에 상응하는 미리결정된 값보다 작은 감지된 특성을 갖는 부스러기 입자를 구성하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리수단이 미리결정된 범위내에 있는 감지된 특성을 만든느 부스러기 입자를 세고 미리 결정된 범위내의 감지된 특성을 갖는 부스러기 입자를 위해 샘플 무게당 수를 계산하고 샘플무게당 수를 출력하는장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리수단이 샘플내의 모든 부스러기 입자의 평균크기 값을 계산하고 출력하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 분리된 범주로 부스러기 입자를 놓고 범주안에 있는 수를 만들도록 분리된 범주내의 부스러기 입자를 세고 범주안에 있는 수에 상응하는 데이타를 출력하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 데이타가 샘플 무게당 범주안에 있는 수을 구성하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유만의 특성을 결정하고 섬유데이타를 만들고 처리수단에 섬유데이타를 입력하는 수단; 섬유 데이타의 함수로 수의 형태인 데이타를 계산, 출력하는 처리수단을 구성하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 언급한 특성이 섬유의 수이고 처리수단이 섬유수당 부스러기 수의 형태로된 데이타를 계산, 출력하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 언급한 특성인 깨끗한 무게이고 처리수단이 깨끗한 섬유 무게망 부스러기수의 형태로된 데이타를 계산, 출력하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
