Description
Claims (14)
- 내벽 및 외벽과, 상기 내벽 및 외벽사이에 형성된 내부공간으로 가압된 냉각유체를 공급하기 위한 공급관과, 상기 내벽에서의 온도를 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 상기 내벽을 향해 상기 냉각유체를 분무시키는 수단과, 분무된 냉각유체를 제거하기 위한 배출관과, 그리고 상기 배출관을 통해서 상기 내부공간으로부터 분무된 냉각유체를 배출시키기 위하여 상기 내부공간과 상기 배출관 사이의 압력차를 유지하기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 유체 냉각식 밀폐수단을 포함하는 가열된 재료를 처리하기 위한 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력차를 유지하기 위한 수단은 공기와 질소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선별된 가스를 냉각유체의 압력과 배출관에 형성된 압력사이의 압력에서 상기 내부공간으로 주입시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력차를 유지하기 위한 수단은 상기 내부공간을 1기압이상 및 상기 냉각유체의 압력이하의 압력으로 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐수단의 벽들을 밀폐상태로 되는 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 하벽, 측벽 및 상기 용기의 덮개를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 유체냉각식 밀폐수단은 상기 측벽과 덮개중 적어도 하나의 일부를 형성하는 용기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유체냉각식 밀폐수단은 상기 측벽의 적어도 일부를 형성하는 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐수단은 다수의 냉각유체 배출라인 및, 하나이상의 배출라인을 선별적으로 밀폐시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 용기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 밀폐수단이 경사지는 것 및 상기 냉각유체 출구중 하나가 다른 냉각제 출구에 관해 상승되는 것을 감지하기 위한 수단, 및 상기 경사에 응답하여 상승딘 냉각출구를 선별적으로 폐쇄시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내벽과 접촉하는 용융물의 고형부를 유지하기 위해 상기 내벽으로부터 상기 용기의 내부를 연장하고 있는 관형돌기들을 더 포함하는 용기.
- 내벽 및 외벽과, 상기 내벽 및 외벽사이에 형성된 내부공간으로 냉각유체를 공급하는 공급관과, 그리고 상기 내부공간으로부터 냉각유체를 방출 시키는 배출관을 포함하는 유체냉각식 밀페수단을 포함하고 있으며, 가열물질을 처리시키기 위한 용기를 냉가시키는 방법에 있어서, (a) 가압된 냉각유체를 상기 공급관을 통해서 상기 내부공간으로 공급하는 단계와, (b) 상기 내벽의 온도를 원하는 온도로 유지시키기 위하여 상기 냉각유체를 상기 내벽을 향해 분무시키는 단계와, 그리고 (c)상기 분무된 냉각유체를 상기 배출관을 통해 방출시키기 위하여 상기 내부공간과 상기 배출관사이의 압력차를 유지하는 단계로 이루어지는 용기를 냉각시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압력차를 유지하는 단계는 공기와 질소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선별된 가스를 상기 냉각유체의 압력과 상기 배출구에 형성된 압력사이의 압력으로 상기 내부공간을 향해 분사시킴으로써 이루어지는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 압력차를 유지하는 단계는 상기 내부공간을 1기압이상의 압력 및 상기 냉각유체의 압력이하로 유지시킴으로써 이루어지는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 내부공간을 상기 냉각유체 배출구의 압력이상의 약 0.1 내지 20파운드/in2의 압력으로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (d) 상기 냉각유체배출구 중 하나의 배출구가 상기 다른 배출구에 대해서 상승하고 및 상기 밀폐수단이 경사지는 것을 감지하는 단계, 및 (e)상승된 냉각유체배출구를 막는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
