Abstract

유성 베이스에 폴리아크릴산염류의 미세 분말과 젤라틴의 분말을 동시에 배합한 페이스트 및 페이스트 제제가 습윤 점성막연에 강하게 점착되고 또한 체류에 따른 피복보호성이 우수하다는 사실을 밝혀냈다. 즉, 본 발명은 (1)폴리아크릴산염류의 미세분말, 젤라틴 분말 및 유성 기제로 이루어진 페이스트 및 (2)페이스트에 활성 성분이 함유된 페이스트 제제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

10 내지 50중량%의 폴리아크릴산염 미세 분말, 2 내지 30중량%의 젤라틴 분말 및 30 내지 70중량%의 유성기제로 이루어진 페이스트.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리아클리산염이 분자량 10만 내지 1000만의 폴리아크릴산나트륨인 페이스트.
제1항에 있어서, 유성 기제로서 플라스티베이스, 와셀린 및 라놀린중의 하나 이상과 유동 파라핀을 병용하는 페이스트.
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 페이스트에 활성성분 분말이 유성 기제로 100부에 대하여 30부 이하로 추가 함유되어 있는 페이스트 제제.
제4항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 부신 피질 호르몬이고, 유성 기제 100부에 대해 1부 내지 0.05부 함유된 페이스트 제제.
제5항에 있어서, 부신 피질 호르몬이 덱사메타존인 페이스트 제제.
