Abstract

신발을 제조함에 있어서 보온효과를 높이고 발의 동상을 예방하기 위하여 가죽과 가죽사이에 직물과 직물사이에 가죽과 직물사이에 레자와 직물사이에 가죽과 레자사이에 단열재 수지를 내장시켜 주어 외부의 냉기를 예방하고 내부의 온기를 밖으로 못나가게함으로서 발의 온도를 보조케함과 적량의 동이온이나 바이오 세라믹에 의한 살균과 방취 그리고 발의 혈류촉진을 활성화하게 한것임.

제1도는 전체 사시도,
제2도는 다수의 천공부로 형성되고 그 위에 동 또는 바이오 세라믹이 혼합된 수지가 접착된 내피혁과 단열부로 내장된 이중피혁의 구성도,
제3도는 다수의 점착부로 형성된 내피혁과 단열부가 내장된 이중 피혁의 구성도.

Claims (1)

  1. 업뻐(A′의 외측부는 가죽(1)이나 레자(제5도 9) 또는 직물(제4도 10)로 대어주고 안쪽으로 피막(3)이 덮혀있는 적량의 석면분이 혼합된 발포 포리스치렌 수지로 된 단열재(2)를 접착시켜주고 다음에는 5% 이상의 동분을 혼합시킨 수지나 5% 이상의 바이오 세라믹을 혼합시킨 수지 또는 이 두가지가 동량으로 혼합 조성된 수지(4)를 접착시키고 통기공부(5′)가 되어있는 가죽(1′) 또는 가죽이나 레자(9) 또는 직물(10)등으로 배설 접착시킨 것과 안쪽에도 제2도, 제3도, 제4도, 제5도, 제6도 등에서 제시하였듯이 필요에 따라서 5%이상의 바이오 세라믹이 혼합된 수지나 또는 이 두가지가 동량으로 혼합 조성된 수지(4)를 점착(7) 또는 각종 무늬로 혼착시켜주고 바닥부의(B′)에도 업빠와 동일의 단열재(2′)를 내장되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 발의 보온을 돕게하는 방한겸용 신발.
