Claims (7)
- 자기 매체상에 기록된 자기 정보 소자를 판독하기 위하여 판독 헤드를 포함하는 광판독 시스템에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 자기 매체의 자기 정보 소자로서 자기 회로를 변조하도록 판독될 매체의 바로 근방에 위치하는 갭 영역을 갖춘 개방 자기 회로를 포함하며, 이 갭 영역은 좁고 길게 연장되어 있으며, 상기 자기 회로는 갭 영역의 바로 근방에 위치하는 광 활성 자기층도 포함하며, 이층은 매체상에 기록된 자기 정보 소자의 함수로서 광빔을 수신 변조 할 수 있으며, 상기 자기 헤드는 광자기 층에 바로 선행하여 판독 헤드와 합체된 광 도파관을 포함하고, 이층에 의해 안내되어 광활성 층에 이르는 광선의 입사면은 갭의 일반직 연장 방향에 대해 수직인 광판독 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 갭 영역은 자기 매체와 헤드가 상대적으로 서로 지나서 이동하는 방향에 대해 수직인 방향으로 연장되는 광판독 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 도파관은 편평하고 편평한 조명 빔을 광활성 존상에 향하게 하며(폭이 그 높이보다 휠씬 큼), 그 폭은 자기 정보 요소의 여러 평행트랙을 지니는 자기테이프의 폭을 통하여 연장되어 모든 트랙이 병렬로 판독되고, 그 높이가 기껏해야 수 마이크로미터인 광판독 시스템.
- 선행 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 변조된 빔은 판독될 자기테이프상에 기록된 평행 자기 트랙만큼 많은 판독될 요소를 포함하는 선택 감광성 어레이로 향하는 광판독 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 광 정보를 판독하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 헤드는 이층에 의해 변조된 빔의 선로상에 광활성 존으로부티 수 마이크로미터 이하의 거리에 배치된 합체된 감광성 감지기들 포함하는 광 판독 시스템.
- 선행항중 어느 한 항에 따른 정보 요소의 광판독을 위한 시스템에 있어서, 도파관과 자기 회로를 형성하는 자기 및 비자성 충은 헤드의 단일 주표면상의 박막의 증착에 의해 형성되는 광판독 시스템.
- 정보 요소를 광판독하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 광빔 특히. 헤드와 합체된 광 도과판에 의해 전달되는 광빔을 수신하고 변조하도록 설계된 광 활성부를 구비하는 판독 리드를 포함하며, 합체된 감광성 감지기는 이 층에 의해 변조된 빔의 선로상에 광활성 존으로부터 수 마이크로미터 이하의 거리에 배치된 광판독 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
