제10도는 본원 발명의 부품조립장치의 아암선단부의 척구조를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 회전가능하게 배치되고, 그 상면에, 부품의 위치를 고정하는 지그를 복수개 유지하는 회전테이블과, 상기회전테이블을 회전구동하는 제1의 구동부와, 소정위치에 부품을 공급하는 부품공급부와, 각각의 선단부에 작업용공구를 구비한 복수의 아암과, 상기 복수의 아암 및 작업용공구를 작동시키고, 소망의 작업을 행하는 제2구동부와, 복수의 공구를 수납하기 위한 공구수납부와, 상기 복수의 아암을 유지하는 아암유지부의 요소로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수아암로보트에 의한 부품조립장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 아암의 선단부에 비치하는 작업용 공구가 자동교환가능하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아암의 장착위치를 상기 회전테이블의 회전중심으로부터 부품공급부쪽으로 치우치도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  4. 제1, 2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공구수납부를, 상기 회전테이블의 중앙에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 회전테이블의 회전축심부분을 중공으로 하고, 그 중공부분에 상기 공구수납 부분을 설치가능하게한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  6. 제1, 2, 3, 4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아암유지부가 복수의 아암을 매어달어서 유지하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  7. 제1, 2, 3, 4, 5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조립부품을 반송하는 반송수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
  8. 제2, 3, 4, 5, 6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 아암의 장착간격을 변경가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 부품조립장치.
  9. 4, 5, 6, 7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 회전테이블의 중공부분의 공구수납부를 상하동 가능한 구조로한것을 특징으로 하는 부품조립장치.
