자동차용 비상 램프

본 고안은 자동차가 주행중에 급제동 또는 충돌사고시 기존의 브레이크 램프와는 무관하게 별도의 경고용 고광도 램프가 ON되게 하여 다른 운전자가 신속하게 인지하고 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 시간적 여유를 가지도록 함으로써 연쇄 충돌사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록한 것이다.
종래에는 통상의 제동램프에만 의존해온바, 고장으로인해 램프가 켜지지않고, 또, 광도가 약해 긴급상황(불가피한 급제동)을 뒤에서 주행해오는 차량의 운전자에게 알리기는 부족한 점이 있었다. 따라서 연쇄 충돌사고가 발생하게 되고 이로인해 인명과 재산의 피해를 입는 경우가 허다하였다.
본 고안은 이와같은 점을 해결하기 위해 2단계 충격 스위치와 전원부, 시간지연회로, 고휘도전구 등으로 구성시킨 것인데, 첨부도면과 관련하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안을 실시하기 위한 충격스위치의 구조도이며 (a)(b)는 일예를 도시한 것이다. 제2도는 본 고안을 실시하기 위한 블럭도로서 각 회로는 공지의 것이므로 회로설명은 생략된다. 제3도 및 제4도는 본 고안의 외형과 설치상태를 도시하였으며 외형은 다소 변경하여도 무방하다.
즉, 충격스위치(1)는 코일스프링(3)과 추(2′)가 형성된 작동간(2) 및 1단 2단 스위치(4)(5)로 구성하고, 또, 탄성간(6)의 일단을 고정하고 상단을 중량체(7)로 형성하며 범위내에 1단 2단 스위치(4)(5)를 형성할 수 있다.
그리고 제2도에서 보는 바와 같이 1단 스위치(4)와 시간지연회로(8) 및 점멸회로, 일반램프구동회로(9), 램프(10)를 연결하고, 2단 스위치(5)와 시간지연회로(8), 고휘도전구 AMP(고전압발생기)(11), 고휘도전구(12)를 연결하며, 전원부(13)에서 충격스위치(1), 시간지연회로(8), 고휘도전구 AMP(고전압발생기)(11)와 연결하여 구성된다.

이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과에 대하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 자동차(15)에 설치하여 주행을 하게 되는데, 주행중 급제동을 하게 되면, 관성에 의해 충격스위치(1)를 구성하고 추(2′)가 형성된 작동간(2) 또는 탄성간(6)과 중량체(7)가 전진하여 1단 스위치(4)를 ON시켜 주게되고 이로인해 램프(10)에 불이켜지게 되며, 더 심하게 충격을 주거나 충돌사고가 발생하면 전기의 추(2′)가 형성된 작동간(2) 또는, 탄성간(6)과 중량체(7)가 더 많은 전진을하여 2단 스위치(5)를 ON시켜주게 된다. 따라서 고휘도전구(12)가 켜져 위급상황을 근거리 또는 원거리에서 뒤따르는 차에서 알릴수 있게 되는 것이다.
상기에서 램프 또는 고휘도전구의 점등 방법은 점멸식을 비롯한 여러 형태로 할 수 있으며, 기술적 방법은 공지공용이라 할 수 있어 세부설명은 생략한다. 그리고 자동차용 밧데리를 활용할 수도 있으나 본원은 밧데리 전원을 사용치 않고 별도의 전원을 사용한다.
이상과 같이 충돌 또는 급제동시 기존의 제동램프와는 별도의 전원에 의해 비상램프가 ON되므로 충격으로 밧데리 전원이 훼손되어도 램프가 ON되도록 뒤따르는 운전자가 실수없이 위급상황을 판단할 수 있다.
따라서 빠른 시간내에 조치를 취할 수 있는 시간을 줄 수 있어 연쇄충돌을 방지하여 대형사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 충격스위치(1)를 1단2단 스위치(4)(5)로 구성하고 1단스위치(4), 시간지연회로(8)와 점멸회로, 일반램프구동회로(9) 및 램프(10)와 연결하고, 2단스위치(5)는 시간지연회로(8), 고휘도전구 AMP(고전압발생기)(11), 고휘도전구(12)와 연결하여 건전지로 구성되는 전원부(13)를 각각 연결하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 비상 램프.
