Claims (7)

  1. (1) (i) N-[[(4,6- 디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)아미노]카르보닐]-1-메틸-4-(2-메틸-2H-테트라졸-5-일)-lH-피라졸-5-술폰아미드[화합물 I]; (ii) 메틸 2-[[[[[(4.6-디메톡시-2-2피리미디닐)아미노]카르보닐]아미노]술포닐]메틸]벤조에이트[화합물 Ⅱ 또는 Londax제초제); 및 (iii) 에틸 5-[[[[(4-6-디메톡시-2피리미디닐]아미노]카르보닐]아미노]술포닐]-1-메틸-lH-피라졸-4-카르복실레이트[화합물Ⅲ]으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 활성 성분, (2) 파라핀 왁스, (3) 합성 또는 천연 탄화수소중합체(들), 및 (4) 고상 미립자 충진제 로 이루어지고, 파라핀 왁스 : 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비가 5 : 1 내지 0.5 : 1이고, 활성 성분(들) : 파라핀 왁스 및 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비가 1 : 25내지 1 : 0.25이고, 고상 미립자 충진제가 전체 조성물의 1 내지 95 중량%인 벼에 사용하기 위한 서방성 제초제 미립자 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀 왁스 : 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비가 4 : 1 내지 0.5 : 1인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분 : 파라핀 왁스 및 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비 가 1 : 10 내지 1 : 1.5인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 에틸렌 및 비닐아세테이트의 공중합체 또는 산화 폴리에틸렌인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 충진제가 탄산 칼슘인 조성물.
  7. (1) (i) N-[[(4,6- 디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)아미노]카르보닐]-1-메틸-4-(2-메틸-2H-테트라졸-5-일)-lH-피라졸-5-술폰아미드[화합물 I]; (ii) 메틸 2-[[[[(4.6-디메톡시-2피리미디닐)아미노]카르보닐]아미노]술포닐]메틸]벤조에이트[화합물Ⅱ 또는 Londax제초제); 및 (iii) 에틸 5-[[[[[(4-6-디메톡시-2-2피리미디닐]아미노]카르보닐]아미노]술포닐]-1-메틸-lH-피라졸-4-카르복실레이트[화합물Ⅲ]으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 활성 성분, (2) 파라핀 왁스, (3) 합성 또는 천연 탄화수소 중합체(들), 및 (4) 고상 미립자 충진제를 파라핀 왁스 : 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비가 5 : 1 내지 0.5 : 1이고, 활성 성분(들) : 파라핀 왁스 및 탄화수소 중합체의 중량비가 1 : 25 내지 1 : 0.25가 되도록 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 60 내 지 120℃로 가열시키고, 고상 미립자 충진제를 전체 조성물의 1 내지 95 중량%가 되는 양으로 첨가한 다음 온도가 실온에 도달될 때까지 교반하면서 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어진 서방성 제초제 조성물의 제조방법.
