포백의 가공 처리 방법

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하기 위하여 사용되는 표백의 가공처리 장치의 한예를 도시하는 개략구성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 전실과 후실로 구분되고, 그들 양실간을 열락하는 통로의 도중에 복수개의 봉상체를 원통상으로 배열하여 형성되는 원통상 회전체가 자유로이 회전할 수 있도록 배설된 처리조의 내부에 장척대상의 피처리포백을 들어보내고, 상기 전실의 내저부에 소정길이의 피처리포백의 체류하는 시점에서 처리조내에의 피처리표백의 들오보 내기를 정지하고, 상기 원통상 회전체를 회전 구동시키므로써 그 원통상 회전체에 감아 원통면을 이루는 상기 각 봉상체에 접촉하는 상기 피처리 포백을 상기 전실내로부터 상기 후실에 고속으로 반송하고, 후실의 내저부에 소정길이의 피처리 포백이 체류하는 시점에서 휠내에의 피처리포백의 반송을 정지시키고, 계속해서 상기 원통상 회전체를 상기와는 반대방향으로 회전구동시키므로써 그 원통상 회전체에 감기고 상기 각봉상체에 접촉하는 상기 피처리 포백을 상기 후실내로부터 상기 전실내에 고속으로 반송하고, 전실의 내저부에 소정길이의 피처리 포백이 체류한 시점에서 전실내에의 피처리 포백의 반송을 정지시키고, 이상의 전실과 후실과의 사이에 있어서의 피처리 포백의 반송동작을 소요의 회수로 반속하고, 그 반송과정에서 상기 전실내 및 후실내 및 상기 원통상 회전체의 주위에 각각 배설된 각 분출관으로부터 피처리 포백에 대하여 세척수 등의 처리액을 분출하도록 구성하고, 마지막으로 상기 후실의 내저부에 체류한 피처리포백을 상기 처리조의 외부로 내보내도록 하는 포백의 가공처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고압공기와 물 또는 온수를 혼합하고, 전실내와 후실내 및 원통상 회전체의 주위에 각각 배설된 각 분출관으로부터 상기 고압공기를 물 또는 온수와 함께 포백에 대하여 분출시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 가공처리 방법.
