Claims (3)
- 관벽(1)이 나선요철파형상으로 형성되어 있는 나선파형관으로서 금속박판제대판(6)이 관벽구성재로 배설형성되어 있는 나선파형관(A)에 있어서, 금속제대판(6)의 일부가 콴벽(1)의 두께방향으로 중합되고, 그중합부가 금속제대판(6)에 융착된 합성수지재 또는 고무재루 되는 중간수지층(13)에 의해서 비접촉상태로 간격이 유지되는 동시에 일체로 연결 형성되어 있는 내압나선파형관.
- 제1항에 있어서 나선파형관(A)이 관벽(1)의 내주측에 내관벽(8)을 갖은 것인 내압나선파형관.
- 관벽(1)이 나선요철파형상으로 형성되고 금속제대판(6)이 관벽 구성재로서 배설 형성되며 또한 금속제대판(6)의 일부가 관벽(1)의 두께방향에서 중합되어 있는 나선파형관(A)의 제조방법으로서, 금속제대판소재를 미리 관벽(1)의 요철파형에 따른 단면형상으로 가공 형성한 후, 이 금속제대판(6)을 이용하여 그 한쪽면 또는 양면에 길이방향의 전길이에 걸쳐 용응합성 수지재 또는 용융고무재를 융착하여 수지융착대상재를 형성하고, 이 융착수지재가 경화되기전에 이 대상재를 금속제대판(6)의 일부를 중합시키면서 나선형으로 권회하며, 융착수지재를 중간수지층(13)으로 하여 금속제대판(6)의 중합부를 비접촉 상태로 간격을 유지시키면서 나선관벽(1)을 형성하는 내압나선파형관의 제조방법.
