제1도는(디알데히드-스타치)-p-아미노벤질-DTPA-Gd(DAS-DTEN-Gd)용액 투여 직후 희생된 랫트의 심장이 있는 가슴부위의 횡단면을 나타내고 있는 핵자기공명 조영 사진이고,
제2도는 DAS-DTEN-Gd용액을 투여한 지 30분후 희생된 랫트의 심장이 있는 가슴부위의 횡단면을 나타내고 있는 핵자기공명 조영 사진이며,
제3도는 DTPA-Gd(MAGNEVIST)를 투여한 지 30분 후 희생된 랫트의 심장이 있는 가슴부위의 횡단면을 나타내고 있는 핵자기공명 조영 사진이다.
Claims (8)
- (1) 분자량이 500 내지 10,000인, 1 이상의 산화-분해된 구성 모노사카라이드를 가지는 디알데히드-사카라이드, (2) 디알데히드-사카라이드의 알데히드기에 화학적으로 결합된 1 이상의 착화제, 및 (3) 상기 착화합물제와 화학적으로 결합된 상자성 금속이온으로 이루어진 착화합물인 핵자기공명 조영제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 혈중 지속시간은 혈중 반감기로서 0.5 내지 5시간인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 구성 모노사카라이드는 D-글루코스인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물에서 구성 모노사카라이드의 반복단위수는 3 내지 10인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 착화제는 디에틸렌트리아민펜타아세트산 또는 1,4,7,10-테트라아자시클로도데칸-1,4,7,10-테트라아세트산의 유도체인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 상자성 금속이온은 원자번호 57 내지 70인 란탄계 원소인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 상자성 금속이온은 Gd 또는 Dy인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착화합물의 상자성 금속이온의 농도는 1×10-5내 지 1×10 몰/리터인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조영제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
