제2도는 본 발명 함침형 음극구조체에 관련된 제조공정을 설명하기 위한 공정도.

Claims (5)

  1. 상단이 절추형으로 되고 그 중심에 소정의 직경을 가진 개구(4)가 뚫려진 슬리이브(2)와, 이 슬리이브(2)의 내부로 수용되어 전기한 개구(4)를 통해 꼭지점이 노출되는 원추형을 포함하는 형상으로 된 음극산화물(14)과, 전기한 슬리이브(2) 의 내측을 구획하여 음극산화물(14)이 수용되는 저장조(10) 및 히이터(20)가 설치되는 공간(18)을 형성하는 받침판(6)으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 슬리이브(2)는 절추형 캡에 원통상 관체를 용접 연결시켜 형성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 슬리이브(2)의 개구로 노출된 음극산화물(14)의 꼭지점에 백금족 원소로 된 피복층(16)이 증착 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 원소는 Os, Ir, Ru 중에서 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체.
  5. 중심에 개구(4)를 보유하는 절추형이 포함된 슬리이브(2)를 다이(22)에 넣어 그 개구(4) 측이 이젝트핀(26)의 원추형 오목형(24)에 지지되게 하고, 전기한 슬리이브(2)의 내부로 분말상 다공질 텅스텐(8)을 적당량 투입한 다음 펀치(28)로 프레스하여, 슬리이브(2)의 개구(4)를 통해 꼭지점이 노출되는 원추형으로 다공질 텅스텐(8)을 고형화시키고, 이 다공질 텅스텐(8)을 슬리이브(2)와 함께 추출하는 프레스공정과, 추출된 슬리이브(2)의 내측으로 진자방출물질(12)을 투입하여 다공질 텅스텐(8)과 접촉되게 한 다음, 환원분위기에서 전자방출물질(12)의 용융온도로 가열시켜서 다공질 텅스텐(8)에 전자방출물질(12)이 용융 함침된 음극산화물(14)로 되게 하는 음극형성공정과, 전기한 음극산화물(14)의 밑면에 바닥판(6)를 붙이고 이를 슬리이브(2)에 용접 연결시켜서 음극산화물(14)이 수용되는 저장조(10)와 히이터(20)가 설치되는 공간(18)으로 나누어지게 하는 공간구획공정으로 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체의 제조방법.
