Claims (2)

  1. 흑화처리된 음극 슬리이브(11)에 음극 지지체(14)가 부착 고정되는 전자관용 음극 구조체에 있어서, 상기 음극지지체(14)가 접촉되는 음극 슬라이브(11)의 외주면 일정부위에 니켈 도금층(16)을 형성하여, 음극지지체(14)에 음극 슬리이브(11)가 부착고정되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전자관용 음극 구조체.
  2. 전자관용 음극 구조체 제조방법에 있어서, 음극 슬리이브(11)의 접촉부위에 니켈산 전해질 용액중에서 도금하여 니켈 도금층(16)을 형성한 후, 음극캡(12)을 복개고정하고, 고온 습식수소 분위기에서 음극 슬리이브(11)를 흑화처리한 다음, 음극캡(12)에 전자방사물질(13)을 도포하며, 이후 음극슬리이브(11)를 음극자지체(14)에 삽입하여 그 접촉부위를 전기 저항용접에 의하여 부착고정함을 특징으로 하는 전자관용 음극 구조체 제조방법.
