Claims (8)
- 음극의 작동중에 계속적으로 감소되는 금속 산화물의 형태로 방출물질이 남아 있게한 고용융 비금속 물질로 제조하되, 금속산화물이 단원자형태로 금속표면에 확산되어 단원자막을 형성케 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 수소가 포함된 분위기에서 어니일링하므로 음극을 세척하고, 붕소가 음극상에 증착될 수 있는 온도로 가스상태의 붕소화합물을 포함한 가스분위기에서 음극을 가열하며, 음극의 작동온도까지 진공 및 비-반응 분위기에서 음극을 가열하면서 비금속물질의 붕화물이 형성되는 동안 상기 온도로 가열하는 단계로 이루어진 붕소 처리된 디스펜서 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비금속물질의 붕화물이 형성되게한 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극의 제조방법.
- 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비금속 물질이 첫번째 단계전에 거칠게 되게한 단계로 이루어진 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극의 제조방법.
- 1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 주기율표 Ⅲ-B의 스칸듐-단 금속중의 어느 한 금속산화물로 구성한 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극의 제조방법.
- 4항에 있어서, 금속산화물이 토륨산화물이고 비금속이 텅스텐인 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한가지 항에 따른 방법에 의한 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극 제조방법.
- 제6항에 청구된 붕화물 처리된 디스펜서 음극으로 이루어진 송신기 진공관.
