Claims (9)

  1. 폴리올류(A)의 1종류이상과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B)을 우레탄화 반응을 시켜 우레탄 변성 수지를 수득하는 우레탄화 반응 방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리올(A) 및 이 폴리올(A) 내의 수산기 1몰당 0.3∼1.5몰 당량의 이소시아네이트기를 포함하는 양의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B)을 실질적으로 반응이 진행할 수 있는 90℃∼200℃로 유지된 무교반형 혼합기(Ⅰ)의 입구를 통해 연속적으로 주입하고, 혼합기(Ⅰ) 속에서 우레탄화 반응을 진행시키고, 연속적으로 우레탄 탄성 수지를 배출시키므로써 이루어지는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올(A)의 수산기 1몰당의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B)의 이소시아네이트기가 0.3∼1.2몰 당량의 비율로 첨가되는 우레탄화 반응방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B)와는 실질적으로 반응하지 않는 제3성분(C)을 상기 폴리올(A) 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(B)와 혼합한 후에 상기 무교반형 혼합기(Ⅰ)의 입구를 통해 연속적으로 주입하고, 이어서 다른 대응하는 반응 성분을 주입해서 우레탄화 반응을 진행시킨 후, 연속적으로 우레탄 변경 수지를 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3성분(C)가 지방산 에스테르류, 인산 에스테르류, 분자량 약 1,000∼약 10,000의 폴리에스테르류 및 분자량 약 1,000∼약 10,000의 비닐계 중합체류로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올(A)에 대한 제3성분(C)의 첨가량이 95:5∼10:90(중량비)의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3성분(C)의 수산기가(價)가 10당량 이하의 KOH mg/g-수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제3항의 방법으로 얻은 반응 생성물을 다시 상기 혼합물의 유동 선속이 상기 혼합기(Ⅰ) 내에서의 유동 선속의 1/5∼1/100이 되도록 설계한 무교반형 혼합기(Ⅱ)로 도입하여, 후반응을 실시하므로써 이루어지는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리올(A)의 수산기 1몰당 폴리이소시아네이트의 첨가량이 약 0.8몰 당량 내지 1.5몰당량이고, 또한 상기 혼합기(Ⅰ)로부터의 반응 생성 혼합물 중의 우레탄화 반응률이 50%∼80%의 범위에 있을때 상기 반응 생성 혼합물을 상기 혼합기(Ⅱ)에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
  9. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제7항의 방법으로 얻은 반응 생성 혼합물을 다시 고점도 유체용의 셀프클리닝형 니더장치, 또는 나선형 칼날 또는 이중리본 나선형 칼날을 내장한 교반조 내에 도입하여 후반응을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄화 반응 방법.
