제1도는 그린타이어(GREEN TIRE)의 제조를 위한 성형기에 조립된 블래더 및 타이어 반제품의 형상을 나타낸 부분 단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 작업순서를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 레이디얼 타이어의 그린 타이어 제조용 성형기 블래더에 있어서, 준비된 밸브유니언(26)을 밸브스템(11)에 조립시킨 다음 포켓 #3의 기준면 반대끝 부분을 ''H''라인에 일치시킨 후 이 부위를 고정시키고, 포켓 #3을 외형드럼(33)의 ''ABC''부위로 밀어서 붙여 압착시킨 후 포켓 #2의 코드(14) 및 고무(13) 반제품을 접착시키며, 블래더의 표면에 시멘트를 도포하고 그 위에 직포(20)를 부착하며, 이어서 압축공기와 증기를 동시에 주입하여 가류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기용 블래더의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압축공기는 제품내부에 3.5-6.5㎏/㎠의 압력으로 주입하여 가류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기용 블래더의 제조방법.
