Claims (13)

  1. (a)화학열기계 처리된 펄프 섬유, 표백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프섬유, 표백 침엽수 크마프트 펄프섬유, 미백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 미표백 침엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 표백 침엽수 설파이프 펄프 섬유, 표백 활엽수 설파이프 펄프 섬유, 미표백 침엽수 설파이프 펄프 섬유, 미표백 활엽수 설파이프 펄프 섬유, 면 린터, 머서화 용해 펄프 섬유, 비머서화 용해 펄프 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 셀룰로즈 섬유; (b) 39,000 내지 80,000의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)1:1 공중합체, 및 (c) 폴리올이 함께 화학 결합됨[이때, 상기 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체 대 상기 폴리올이 중량비는 250:1 내지 3:1이고, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유(a)의 단위 중량당 상기 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체+상기 폴리올의 중량은 0.3 내지 2, 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 1.2이며, 폴리(메틸비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체 중량은 산당량을 기준으로 나타낸다]을 특징으로 하는 15g/g 내지 100g/g의 흡수 및 보유치(WAARV)를 갖는 화학적으로 변형된 섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유(a)가 화학열기계 처리된 펄프 섬유, 표백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 표백 침엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 미표백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 미표백 침엽수 크라프트 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, 상기 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체가 67,000 내지 80,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지며, 상기 폴리올이 일반 HO(CH2CH2O)nH(여기서 n은 1 내지 154, 바람직하게는 70 내지 80이다)의 디올이고, 상기 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체 대폴리올의 중량비가 10;1 내지 5:1 이며, 상기 흡수 및 보유치가 50g/g 내지 80g/g인 화학적으로 변형된 섬유.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 본래 전하-조절량으로 존재하는 양이온이 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 수소 및 이들의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 나트륨, 수소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화학적으로 변형된 섬유.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 화학적으로 변형된 섬유를 특징으로 하는 셀룰로즈 제지 펄프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수소인 양이온의 함량이, 물에 분산될때 5미만의 pH를 생성시키도록 하는 양인 셀룰로즈 제지 펄프.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 수소인 양이온의 함량이, 물에 분산될때 6 내지 9의 pH를 생성시키도록 하는 양인 셀룰로즈 제지 펄프.
  7. 제4항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항의 화학적으로 변형된 섬유 5% 내지 60% 및 통상의 셀룰로즈 섬유 40% 내지 95%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로즈 제지 펄프.
  8. 100℃ 내지 140℃, 바람직하게는 125℃ 내지 130℃의 경화 온도에서 120분 내지 3분, 바람직하게는 11분 내지 5분의 경화시간 동안, (a)화학열기계 처리된 펄프 섬유, 표백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 표백 침엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 미표백 활엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유, 미표백 침엽수 크라프트 펄프 섬유 표백 침엽수 설파이트 펄프섬유 미표백 침엽수 설파이프 펄프섬유, 면린터 머서와 용해 펄프 섬유 비머서와 용해 펄프섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 바람직하게는 화학열 기계처리된 펄프섬유 표백활엽수 그라프트 펄프섬유 및 표백 침엽수 그라프트 펄스 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 셀룰로즈 섬유로 필수적으로 이루어진 출발 물질 펄프를, (b) 바람직하게는 50몰%의 메틸 비닐 에테르 함량 및 50몰%의 말리에이트 함량을 갖는 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체와 바람직하게는 일반식 HO(CH2CH2O)nH(여기서 n은 1 내지 154이다)의 폴리올의 잘 섞인 혼합물[이때, 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체 대 폴리올의 중량비가 250:1 내지 3:1, 바람직하게는 30:1 내지 4:1이고, 셀룰로즈 섬유(a)의 단위 중량당 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체+폴리올의 중량은 0.3 내지 2, 바람직하게는 0.6 내지 1.5이고, 폴리(메틸 비닐 에테르-코-말리에이트)공중합체 중량은 산 당량을 기준으로 나타낸다]과 열에 의해 가교결합시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 15g/g 내지 100g/g의 흡수 및 보유치를 갖는 화학적으로 변형된 섬유의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 순차적으로, 상기 출발 물질 펄프의 존재하에 1.6 내지 3.5. 바람직하게는 1.6 내지 3.0의 pH를 갖는 수성매질을 증발시켜 상기 공중합체와 폴리올의 잘 섞인 혼합물을 형성시키고, 이어서 상기 경화 온도에서 상기 경화 시간동안 열에 의해 가교결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 출발물질 펄프, 상기 공중합체 및 상기 폴리올을 박층으로서 열에 의해 가교결합시키고, 이어서 바람직하게는 추가의 단계에 의해 물에서 산 재펄프화시키며, 이어서 수산화 나트륨으로 중화시킴을 포함하는 추가의 단계에 의해 섬유를 팽윤시키는 방법.
  11. 25g/g 내지 90g/g의 흡수 및 보유치를 갖는 화학적으로 변형된 섬유를 특징으로 하는 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 생성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 화학적으로 변형된 섬유 5% 내지 60%, 바람직하게는 10% 내지 60%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 습식 종이웹.
  13. 제12항의 하나 이상의 습식 종이웹 층을 특징으로 하는 일회용 흡수제품.
